I found this blade to be very cheap. Not only pricewise, but also in terms of construction. It has no flex because of its thick core, making it suitable for hitters but not for looper blades. If you’re looking for a looper blade, I recommend the Yinhe Earth series instead. Having used both, I prefer the Earth series by far. I would only recommend this blade for players looking for a very linear blade.

Update: This blade actually does have some flex when engaged, and looping is possible. It’s a decent blade, especially for penhold players. I would slightly adjust my previous statement to say that I recommend it for players looking for a relatively stiff blade.

It’s a N9 with a stripe, so that is what the S stands for. It’s good enough to start playing in a minor league, which is not bad for £10.54 on eBay. For user ratings, see N9.

Excellent blade with good control, speed, and a good feel. Amazing.

Sehr gutes Offensiv Holz. Wer Vollhölzer mag, ist hier sehr gut bedient.

This blade, like many from this cheap Chinese brand, is overrated. It is too stiff and hard, with no feeling at all, but it does have great speed. This blade is definitely for beginners, and I would buy a Huieson blade for $5 before considering Yinhe.

For a beginner blade, this one didn’t disappoint at all. It’s a great choice for those who are just starting out with table tennis and are looking for a blade that is affordable and easy to use.

The blade is made of high-quality wood and has a good weight and balance. It provides a good amount of control and power, making it a good all-around blade that can be used for a variety of playing styles.

Overall, this blade is a great choice for beginner players who are looking for a good quality blade at an affordable price.

USATT 1700+, I have previously owned Friendship 629, Palio Energy 03, Galaxy T11+, Andro Trieber K, Timo Boll ALC, DHS PG 7 and now Galaxy N9s. For rubbers, I have used DHS Hurricane 3 Neo, 729 Super FX, Andro Rasanter, and now Mercury 2.

This is only my second review, and I am writing it after two years of using all these blades and rubbers. I am really liking my new setup of N9s blade and Mercury 2 Hard Max thickness rubbers. It was love at first stroke.

I found it very easy to loop and play touch shots. The spin is incredible. My coach left two high arching shots, assuming they were too long, but the ball still arched down on the table. It is also very good for counters. I tried away from the table topspin counters and could not be more satisfied.

The blade with Mercury 2 rubbers has that extra bite that every looper seeks. H3Neo is very good, but I still don’t have the technique to play with it during games or tournaments. Maybe someday. My coach also liked it very much and ordered a pair of blades the same day.

I am not sure how it will play with other rubbers. Maybe sticking to the same brand for blade and rubbers works the best, as I have found. DHS PG7 is also very good for looping, but the handle of PG7 is too small.

N9s has probably the best handle, very similar to Timo Boll ALC. Everyone below 2000 must give it a try, at least as their training blade. If you find someone who is starting to learn table tennis, you should recommend them N9s with Mercury 2 rubbers. The setup costs ~$22 and is much better than Stiga/Joola/Killerspin/DHS premade rackets. For me, personally, it is 10/10. I hope to play with it at least until I reach 2000 USATT.

Good on almost everything except cut/chop from medium far.

As a basic and practice blade, it is very good for developing push, loop, flat hit, block, and drive. Serves are also controllable.

Although spin on push is not as spinny as an all-round blade, it serves as motivation to get higher stroke quality.

Vibrations are short and clear. Moderately crisp compared to limba top blade by stiga.

Stability and a bit extra speed are the bonus; handling counterloop and having killer spin are superior to many basic blades.

In my opinion, this has more flex compared to N11s and N8s and is slightly stiffer than a stiga blade.

Comparing this to N8s, they are quite similar in general, except N8s is a bit stiffer. Plies are KBABK for N9s and KFAFK for N8s: K: Koto B: Basswood A: Ayous F: Fir

Excellent speed and control! Good with any rubber for spin drive medium and long distance. Great for blocking due to impeccable speed and control.

Very nice feeling, comfortable and soft handle. The termination is better than Stiga, Donic, and some recent wood BTLY. It is pretty at 85 weight. It is slower than Mazunov, T11 + Yinhe. It can be used with all kinds of rubbers. Blocking and topspin are easy to do. This is very good wood for offensive players of all kinds. It is the best wood I have had and contradictorily the cheapest. Just buy it; you will not lose your money. Type off.

It’s a good blade for beginners to the last level of amateurs. I used it with FX Lightening (2.0mm) and it’s great for the price.

Otima

Drives Facil

Controle Impecável mesmo com Borrachas duras chinesas.

Have the N9 version and I don’t believe the speed is 9.6 as rated before my review. Seriously, speed of 9.6 for a 5-layer wood blade?

Is it suitable for the shake hand grip?

Based on my experience, this blade is one of the best in my collection. It is affordable yet offers excellent performance. I have only used soft to medium rubbers with this blade and found that it provides great control and easy looping. However, I encountered some difficulty in controlling the blade when using hard rubbers due to its stiffness. To improve control, I installed two Friendship Focus 3 Snipe rubbers on both sides, which significantly enhanced the blade’s handling.

It is good for offensive players.

Outstanding blade. Anyone in the right frame of mind would buy this. The price is truly amazing. I use this with Donic Acuda P2 on both sides. The loops play are loaded with spin and are consistent due to its control. Great feel, 90 grams, all wood design is beautiful to play with. £10!!

Hi friends, what can I say about this blade? This is my first blade that perfectly works with Chinese rubbers like DHS Skyline 2 neo, Hurricane 3 neo, Friendship 729-08, and Friendship Higher, etc. These rubbers show all their power in this blade through the outer ply of Koto (a little bit harder than Limba). Wow, the loops and counter-looping are something incredible with this blade paired with Skyline 2 neo (FH). Yinhe Moon (soft) and Yinhe Jupiter (medium) - good tension effect, plays like Euro rubbers, a little bit slower (10-15%) than Acuda s2 or Xiom rubbers (but it is only this blade). I highly recommended this blade.
