Rubber description:
Rubber Type
This is a tensor rubber.
Performance Characteristics
- Speed and Power: This is a high-performance offensive rubber designed for aggressive play. It offers blistering speed and high power reserves, allowing players to accelerate through the ball without fear of the sponge bottoming out.
- Spin Potential: It is capable of generating massive amounts of spin, particularly when opening on backspin or executing heavy loops. It performs effectively both close to the table and from mid-distance.
- Control and Dwell Time: Despite its high speed, it provides notable control and a reliable feel for the ball. It offers a comfortable dwell time that facilitates looping, flicking, and blocking, providing a secure arc during topspin exchanges.
- Playing Dynamics: This rubber is well-suited for advanced players with refined technique. It requires active, fast swings to fully compress the sponge and unlock its potential. While it excels in offensive exchanges, counter-looping, and blocking, it can be demanding in the serving and receiving game due to its sensitivity and strong catapult effect.
Usage Recommendations
- Compatibility: The rubber pairs well with a variety of blades, ranging from all-wood to stiffer carbon constructions. It typically performs best on blades that offer a medium to mid-high throw angle.
- Skill Level: Due to its speed and the requirement for precise, high-speed strokes, it is not recommended for beginners. It is specifically engineered for experienced players who can handle high-tension, fast-responding equipment.
- Maintenance Note: The top sheet may show sensitivity to high humidity, which can affect grip. Regular care is suggested to maintain consistent performance.

I used Viscaria ALC with DI rubber. It’s a very good combination that suits my style well. DI is the best rubber after Tenergy and Dignics, and it’s the best rubber for the price. I use max thickness on the forehand and 2.0mm on the backhand.
