Andro Rasanter R50

Rubber description:

The Andro Rasanter R50 is a high-performance table tennis rubber designed for advanced players seeking exceptional speed and spin. This rubber excels in offensive strategies, particularly in generating massive topspin while maintaining a high level of control. With a speed rating of 9.4 and spin rating of 9.4, it’s clear that the R50 is tailored for those who play an aggressive game, allowing for powerful loops and effective counterattacks. The rubber’s unique characteristics make it particularly effective against the new plastic balls, making it a popular choice among competitive players.

In terms of tackiness, the R50 has a moderately low rating of 1.6, which may dissuade those accustomed to tackier rubbers. However, this allows for a more forgiving touch when executing various strokes. Weighing in at a medium level of 6.5, the R50 feels balanced on the paddle, allowing players to maneuver effectively while not sacrificing power. Durability is impressive, with a rating of 8.3, ensuring that players can rely on this rubber for extended periods without significant degradation in performance.

For those considering alternatives, while many players have found success with staples like Tenergy and other Andro products such as the Rasanter R47, the R50 stands out as a superior option for speed and spin. It is often recommended for experienced players who already possess well-developed techniques, as the rubber can be challenging for beginners. Overall, the Andro Rasanter R50 delivers excellent performance tailored for aggressive and spin-heavy playstyles, matching the needs of a modern table tennis game.

I’ve been using this rubber on a Novacell OFF for quite some time now. On the forehand, this thing is great. I am able to generate massive spin on loops close and far away from the table. There is also quite a lot of speed, and I am able to easily put the ball past my opponent. Serving is great, but tacky Chinese rubbers are better for it.

This rubber is an absolute beast. The speed is simply amazing. I put it on an Innerforce alc, and it was incredibly fast and spinny. Way faster and spinnier than tenergy 05.

I think that rasanters are game changers. If you are seeking a tenergy 05 try this rubber. This is not an alternative, though—this is better.
