Andro Revo Fire

Rubber description:

This rubber is a versatile, all-round offensive sheet characterized by its ability to perform across a wide spectrum of shots, from short-game maneuvers and chopping to aggressive smashing and loop driving. It offers a medium throw angle and produces a distinct, medium-pitched clicking sound upon contact, providing good feedback and feel. Users report that it serves as a reliable, high-control alternative to classic rubbers like Sriver, offering a slight increase in speed while maintaining consistent performance.

Playing Characteristics

  • Rubber Type: Tensor
  • Versatility: Functions as an all-round rubber that can transition into an offensive tool when paired with faster, carbon-based blades.
  • Spin and Speed: Capable of producing significant spin for serves and spin-charged attacks, with an acceptable baseline speed that scales upward depending on the blade selection.
  • Dwell Time and Control: Features high control levels that remain stable even when paired with faster, more powerful blades. It is well-suited for hitting and loop driving, though it is less specialized for slow, brush-style looping.

Performance Context

This rubber is designed for players who prioritize a balanced game. Its performance is highly reactive to the chosen blade; it offers refined control on stable blades but can become significantly more aggressive and powerful on harder, faster setups. It is particularly effective for players seeking a consistent, predictable feel without sacrificing the ability to generate powerful offensive shots.

This is the best rubber I have ever used.

The top speed is excellent, providing a lot of spin. The control is outstanding! Overall, I highly recommend buying this rubber for fast speed and spin. It truly delivers a fast experience!

I have played with this rubber for about eight months now, starting with two sheets. I have tried it on an Xiom Stradivarius, a Nittaku Noveliar, and an Xiom Zetro Quad.

The rubber offers excellent control when paired with the Stradivarius and Noveliar. I initially thought that the control would decrease when using the faster Zetro Quad, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rubber provides good speed and spin, along with fantastic control. You can execute all shots effortlessly, which made my transition from the Noveliar to the Zetro Quad very smooth.

While the Zetro Quad is considerably faster, the control of the Revofire remained intact. In fact, the Zetro Quad transformed the Revofire into a formidable weapon. This rubber performs exceptionally well in all aspects. When paired with the right blade, it truly shines. Even on the other blades, it doesn’t perform poorly; however, its capabilities are most apparent on the Zetro Quad.

This rubber is a very good option for all-round players who want to enhance their game using a powerful and spinny rubber.

I believe that this rubber can be used effectively with hard blades to enhance their speed and achieve an offensive style of play.

It provides ample spin for serves, and its control is impressive. The speed is also acceptable.

I can’t understand why some “professionals” overlook this rubber as a viable option. In my opinion, it could outperform average rubbers in fast and spin-charged games.
