Tibhar Hybrid MK FX

Excellent rubber with nice control and spin. It has enough speed with a carbon off blade.

I switched to this rubber due to a lighter weight on the BH. It is a little faster and quite a bit softer than my old Chinese rubber. The switch was in conjunction with a blade switch. The blade was an off-rated 7-ply all wood blade. I ended up with a lower throw, which I like. It’s not as hard to keep the balls on the table as I was afraid of.

More spin-sensitive makes serve receive and short game a little trickier. I need to watch out so I don’t end up in long “push” duels, which I will lose most of. Due to the lower throw, it opens up quite easily. That’s a good thing. We shall see how we get along. I might stick with this one.

Who tries to go from tensor to hybrid should try it. The speed is not too fast, more or less like an all+ rubber. A great all hybrid rubber. I use it on my backhand where I can hit with more control.
