I play with Rasanter R42-2.0 FH and XIOM VEGA Europe -1.8 BH. My blade weighs 83g. Considering the blade’s high control, these rubbers are too thin. Thinner blades provide greater control. When playing with this blade, don’t hesitate to use max thickness rubbers.

This blade offers incredible control, allowing you to drive the ball like a pro even with limited skills. For short game, the low throw angle of the rubbers makes it enjoyable. However, for mid-distance and long-distance shots, speed is lacking. Most balls require power from your arm to clear the net, making passive blocks inadvisable. Additionally, the carbon and stiffness cause the ball to leave the blade too quickly, limiting your ability to defend with heavy spin, even backward. This issue may potentially improve with max rubbers.

This blade is not suited to my playing style, which involves a lot of swinging. However, I highly recommend it for young players and low-level players who want to focus on movements rather than ball placement. This blade simplifies most aspects of the game as long as you don’t demand too much from it.

In summary, I recently gave this blade to a friend at a championship. He prefers quick play, close to the table, with fast serves, returns, and flat balls, relying mostly on one topspin when the opponent slows the game down. He mentioned needing to change the rubbers, so I lent him mine. He ended up winning his last two matches and found the blade to be very reliable. As a result, he has now taken ownership of it.

Firstly, this blade has a very nice and good design. It feels like an all-wood blade with a very thin layer of Kevlar carbon. The weight range is 81-90g.

I played with Joola Ryhzer Pro 50 on the forehand (FH) and Ryhzer Pro 45 on the backhand (BH). This is an amazing combination for spin, but if Ryhzer Pro 45 was used on the FH, it would be better because it offers easier control and block than the Pro 50.

However, the total weight of 192g seems too heavy. This is likely due to the Pro 50 rubber.

I suggest using Rasanter R53 on the FH and Rasanter R42 on the BH. This can reduce the weight and also provide the best combination.

I have tried many different blade and rubber combinations and have pretty much settled on this blade. I use Rasanter 53 max on the red side and Rasanter 47 max on the black side. I get very accurate shots and can add plenty of spin and/or power. I am a lower-level intermediate player. I find that this combination gives me confidence that I have the correct racket for me.

And, it’s all at a price point that I consider affordable.
