Pros:

Power is exceptional.
Speed is excellent.
Generates spin with the right rubber combination. (I tested it with Raksa 7 Soft.)

Cons:

Can be challenging to adapt to if you are not accustomed to Jpen-style blades.
The handle is relatively large and not particularly ergonomic.
