One of the best Nittaku blades out there, especially for the price. Latika was done after skiing this blade’s specifications, but I think it has more flex.

Fantastic blade with very good control. It dampens strong blows at the block, allowing you to play everything. It is easy to manage and made of very good materials. It provides good performance. I have two rackets, one with Mark V and the other with Rigan. Both are fantastic.

This blade is perfect for various players due to its all-around character. Its exceptional control makes it ideal for looping and hitting close to or at mid-table distances. It offers ample speed, which is further enhanced when paired with tensor rubbers. The construction is of high quality. Upon purchasing a new blade, sealing it is recommended to prevent wood splintering. For players tired of low-feeling or overly fast composite blades, this blade provides a delightful experience.

During the early 1990s, I won several tournaments playing with the original Butterfly Power Drive blade paired with Yasaka Mark V rubber. After recently joining a league to pick the sport back up again, I was disappointed to learn that Butterfly no longer made the original Power Drive blade.

I tried a few different blade/rubber combinations but never could gain much consistency. Utilizing this website along with ratings from Paddle Palace, I found this blade to have almost the same qualities as my original Power Drive. I purchased this blade with Mark V 2.0 on both sides.

I was blown away by how much my game improved. Excellent dwell time, great speed, and superb control are just a few of the great qualities of this blade. I was able to make all my shots with much greater consistency and accuracy.

You can’t beat the price, especially compared to Butterfly’s prices. It seems most of the players in my league are on the Butterfly blade/Tenergy bandwagon. I will keep this 5-ply wood blade and “classic” rubber combination as long as I am able to play. No need to purchase more expensive blades or rubbers. This combination has it all. Brittany can’t be beat when it comes to the value and quality of their blades. Excellent product!

I’ve used this blade for 8 months and it is very versatile. You can play both offense and defense and it has good speed and control. Smashing, looping, blocking, and driving are all pretty easy to do with this blade. Definitely recommended for players moving up from ALL+ blades or anyone who wants a little more offense.

If you want good speed, choose rubbers who have a Paddle Palace speed rating of 85 or more.

A versatile blade for both attacking and defending. This blade offers a lot of control for blocking and driving, while also providing good speed for smashing and looping. The consistency at every point on the blade’s surface makes it a reliable choice.

Furthermore, it is a good option for players who want to transition into an offensive play style. To achieve the optimal speed, rubbers with ratings around Butterfly Sriver or higher are recommended.
