I just finished playing with this rubber on an inner carbon blade. The control is impressive for a rubber that offers such a high level of spin and speed. However, it requires precision; I found myself making several mistakes when I played sloppily.

The blocks are excellent and well-controlled, although I didn’t have the chance to compete against anyone who loops strongly. The spin is fantastic, and it’s easy to generate a good amount of spin, even with my imperfect looping technique. I appreciate the good control, touch, and nasty spin on loops. Additionally, there is significant put-away power when I activate the catapult with hard hits.

The throw is medium-high. As others have mentioned, this rubber possesses multiple gears, and the speed largely depends on your input, which contrasts with many European and Japanese rubbers that activate the catapult more easily.

So far, I like this rubber, but I will update this review as I get more playing time. These are just my initial impressions. I look forward to testing it against stronger loops and more backspin play, so stay tuned for those updates.

This rubber is a beast and the best I’ve ever played with. You can tell it has a very hard sponge, but surprisingly, it doesn’t feel that way overall.

I am far from being a professional table tennis player, yet I have no problems handling this rubber. The spin and touch are just AMAZING. The speed really depends on your input because the rubber has so many gears. Blocking with a little bit of counter topspin is no longer a problem, and the pushes are easy to play.

There is only one drawback: the premium price of over 60€.

Hi All!

I have been playing with this rubber on my backhand for more than three months. This is indeed a PRO version, which means that the packaging was drenched in oil. I have never seen a rubber so heavily factory boosted; the cover sheet was completely soaked in oil.

I was excited to try this rubber, as I loved the M1 and played with the Z2 for at least a year. While the Z2 had considerably less spin and arc, it was somewhat stable. This rubber is a true upgrade to the Z2. It feels a bit more rigid, has slightly more arc, increased spin, and a bit more speed.

Due to the heavy tuning, it does require reboosting. If you enjoy the Z2 but are looking for a more direct and aggressive version, I highly recommend trying this rubber. I primarily used it on my backhand and tested it with the YinHe DK-4 and the Donic Ovtcharov True Carbon.

This is a great forehand rubber that offers impressive spin and speed. It features a high throw angle, making it a superior choice compared to the Z1.

Before I proceed, I must clarify that this rubber is predominantly suited for forehand play. It was a mistake for me to use it on the backhand. Although it is rated at 47.5 degrees, it certainly feels closer to 50 degrees; I am uncertain if this is due to individual differences or other factors.

The rubber features a firm sponge and a tacky topsheet, giving it a feel reminiscent of about 70% of a Chinese rubber. It exhibits a linear response in terms of both speed and spin. However, any passive blocks you attempt are likely to miss the mark. This rubber requires a certain degree of strength and power for every stroke.

On the other hand, the rewards for mastering this rubber are exceptional. It offers fantastic control during topspin rallies and does not bottom out easily at mid to far distances, unlike other rubbers I have used. Transitioning from standard European or Japanese rubbers like Tenergy will require some adjustment, as you cannot expect the rubber to perform effectively without putting in significant effort yourself.

UPDATE: I just completed a two-hour session with this rubber, and I am impressed by its performance in active blocking. It provides exceptional control over full-power loops from my opponents. However, one aspect remains clear: you must exert considerable strength and power for every kind of stroke. Perhaps this is why it is labeled as a PRO version. This rubber is designed for players who have sufficiently mastered their strokes and do not depend on the bounciness of the blade or rubber to do the work for them.

This rubber is fantastic, offering an excellent balance between speed, spin, and control. It performs exceptionally well in each of these areas. I have paired it beautifully with a Donic Persson OFF+ 89 World Champion Blade.

The Donic Bluestorm Pro AM excels in various aspects of the game, including looping, counter topspin, blocking, smashing, serving, and touch play. I particularly enjoy using it on my forehand side (max), but I could also be satisfied with it on my backhand.

Despite being a very fast rubber, it provides excellent control and is much preferred over Tenergy 05 and Rasanter 47. I highly recommend this rubber for offensive play.
