The perfect rubber for blocking. Incredible control and very spin insensitive.

Spin is not as much as Acuda, but control is immensely better. Drives and hits are great. Hits well through the opponent’s loop.

Loops are controllable but not spinny. Good catapult: speed is like Acuda S2, maybe a bit less. Throw is low, lower than Acuda.

Many blockers don’t use Coppa because pushes are not spinny enough, and they prefer Acuda or Rasanter. For forehand, you might choose X1 because X2 might be too slow (unless you have fast carbon). But I would use something with more grip on forehand.

Very durable: since it’s not a grippy rubber, topsheet decay has very little impact.

I have been using this rubber for a year in the 2.0 mm red version on my forehand, paired with a Donic Epox PowerAllround blade. I bought it for 30 euros. It has an adequate speed for me - it is fast but not too fast, slower than fast tensor rubbers. It is also very controllable, made for precise smashing and blocking.

Due to its medium-low throw angle, it is weak in using topspin strokes against heavy incoming backspin, and that stroke needs special effort. It is also slightly sensitive to incoming spins, so the very heavy incoming topspin also bounces off sometimes. Its pair, the Donic Coppa X3, gives more spin, despite it having an even lower throw angle.

I do not recommend this rubber for spin-oriented top class players, but it is a good choice for players who rely on strong counterhits.

For the backhand rubber, I put on the Donic Coppa X2. I like this rubber a lot! It is somewhat the same as Donic Bluefire M2, but I think Donic Coppa X2 has a little more control and a lower trajectory. This rubber is really fast, but not as lightning fast as Donic Acuda S1 Turbo. However, it is still much faster than any convenient rubbers on the market, and it also provides a decent amount of spin.

Why do I say this rubber suits my backhand? I use the traditional backhand to push when near the table, but as I step back, I start to use the reverse backhand. Since the reverse backhand makes the ball spin more than the traditional backhand block, this rubber is just what I need. I can use my wrist to add more spin, but the rubber helps me have a faster ball.

The weight is quite light, which is definitely comfortable for both backhands. The throw angle is quite low, but you will still find that you can play comfortably with this rubber.

Used it as BH and FH. When new, it plays really well: quite fast and controllable rubber with decent spin. It pairs OK with most of my blades, but I am getting the best results from T-8, T-11, and Stiga Tube Carbo.

Pretty disappointing rubber with low speed, little sound, and low off-table performance.

It doesn’t strike a good balance between speed, spin, and control. There is an overemphasis on close-to-table performance.

Totally different from X1, I would not consider this rubber to be a softer version but something dissimilar. It’s a hybrid of German and Japanese styles.

Fantastic backhand rubber, as other reviewers have mentioned. While the edges may break easily, it doesn’t affect the performance, which lasts a long time. It provides ample spin, exceptional control, good speed, and is very lightweight. I find it superior to the Hammond Pro Beta. I recommend using 1.8 mm thickness for optimal control and feel, as the difference in speed compared to 2 mm or max is negligible. I highly recommend this rubber.

This is a good rubber. The speed, spin, control, weight, and softness are great. However, the durability is very poor. I use it on my backhand. After playing with a robot and friends for less than 15 hours, the edge started falling apart.

I use this rubber for my backhand, which is why I would rate its durability as above average. If you have a strong backhand, I highly recommend this rubber. You won’t regret it.

I have X2 on Galaxy T-11. Initially, it felt too slow, but with the good spin and control, I think that this new sell sponge needs a bit of a warmup, so to speak. After 2 weeks of playing, it started working, and it is fast enough. It reminds me of Plasma (Andro) very dynamic, but with far more control than Plasma. It has plenty of gears. At the moment, it’s my forehand rubber (having X1 on backhand), and I will recommend this one for an attacking player. My style is mid-distance topspin drives.
