One of my favorite rubbers from Victas. Similar to H3-50 but lighter and more durable. It is available in 1.8 if you want even more control (at the expense of speed). More linear than H3-50 too. A good introduction to sticky, Chinese surfaces. Quite forgiving.

I use it to train my “Chinese-style” game on a Victas FireFall VC, on both sides. Lots of control and spin at short distances. The long distance game lacks power as well as smashes.

If you want more speed and precision at long distance, Triple Extra or H3-50 are a step up (and are cheaper).

Good rubber with excellent control. Good for table game and can dig into a push. Generates good spin on serving. Loops are good. Suitable for both spin loop or loop kill. However, I prefer a harder sponge and a more tacky top sheet. Overall, this is a very good rubber, just not what I was looking for.

I was in a long search for a rubber that can be really considered an upgrade. Now I found something quite exceptional (and my current favorite). As a brief summary, this is not the easiest rubber to play, as it takes noticeably more physical effort to play with its full qualities (compared to all other 07 series rubbers), but if I put a decent amount of work into my shots, this rubber is very rewarding.

On first inspection, the tackiness of the rubber topsheet is obvious, but only to a slight/moderate extent — still, regular cleaning is recommended. The topsheet of the red rubber is translucent and has a very appealing bright red tint. It feels only a little bit soft, which gives good feedback on ball contact. The sponge is light beige colored and has a dense texture with small pores. During the break-in, it felt a little bit harder than specified, but now it is spot on.

On light touch shots, the ball bounce feels definitely suppressed, so playing defensive shots and short balls is easy, except for chopping, where I feel less margin for errors. The rubber has a remarkable top speed once the sponge is properly employed (the tension there feels just right), resulting in a large overall dynamic range.

Brush looping is a bit more difficult with this topsheet and sponge hardness, but the tackiness helps here noticeably, allowing nicely arched shots and high-quality serves. Despite the tackiness, sensitivity to incoming spin is rather low.

To my biggest surprise, this rubber lets me do a wide range of offensive strokes (active blocking/countering, power looping, smashing) with exceptional stability and efficiency. The arcs are fairly low, fast, and spinny then — still, the control in placement is outstanding, which lets me do many priceless winner shots. Once I trained myself for this rubber, I always go for these, as this rubber makes me a real beast. (I use MAX thickness on both sides of a PimplePark Pila blade, which pairs up well with this rubber.)

Rubber tested on Yinhe ALC
This rubber is one of the best blocking rubbers I’ve tested. Its low average speed, medium-high throw angle, and soft but tacky top sheet make it extremely easy to place the ball wherever you want. The tacky top sheet makes spinning up backspin super easy. However, don’t expect to hit any outright winners since this rubber lacks speed. Chopping is also difficult as the throw angle is too high. Durability seems pretty good after 2 weeks. Just remember to keep the plastic sheet that it comes with to maintain the tack.

This rubber provides excellent spin generation. The tacky topsheet with a Chinese-style appearance combines well with the fast German sponge. This unique combination results in a dynamic and menacing rubber.

It excels in generating spin on serves and pushes, allowing players to control the ball’s trajectory and keep it low and short. The spin capabilities become even more impressive in a topspin stroke, where the rubber imparts incredible spin on the ball.

This rubber provides high spin, making it a great choice for players looking to create an advantage in their game.
