These new XIOM hybrids do not live up to the hype. I don’t think this version adds anything more to the table than the classic Vega Pro rubber. Perhaps just a bit easier to control on touch shots but only marginally.

Good, but I think Vega Pro is better.

Hi guys, I’m using it on my backhand. So far it’s good for blocking and looping. Very good grip, low arc. I would recommend this rubber.

In the case of half-long balls, the rubber still delivers the same speed and spin as the conventional version (which is already good in my opinion).
The main improvement (at least in my game) was the reception; with this version, it’s easier to keep the ball short when I’m receiving the serve.
The H version is definitely an improvement from the conventional version.

This is a very nice rubber with plenty of grip and control.

A decent BH hybrid rubber on a fast blade, if your game is not based on an outright BH attack. Controlled, easy to open up and place the ball, but requires power for offensive shots. Reminds me of a Glazer 09C.

I recommend it.

The slow speed, along with excellent grip, means you can open up on the backhand with confidence.
It rewards you for completing your strokes and penalizes if you don’t.

H3 50 degree has an arc with better forgiveness. It hits hard with speed but will make sure every point is counted. Counters are superb, so just keep hitting those topspins.
