My blade! For context, I’m a 20-year-old upper intermediate level forehand dominant 1-wing looper, varying slow spinny loops with fast power shots. I’ve been training for five years and am ranked 250/2900 in my country.

The blade is the upper range of off- speed, but its top gear is a clear off. I asked for it to be 87g, and tt11 delivered that exactly, at around 5.8mm thickness. It suits all styles, mainly spin based with power. I’ve always wanted a Nittaku blade, and now I realize everything!

The main three features about this blade are feeling, spin generation, and versatility (gears). And it’s very fun to use! This amazing feeling weapon has all the gears. It has a high top gear, is solid, and doesn’t lose control (because of classic limba-ayous 7 ply construction) while maintaining a low bottom gear.

It feels incredibly good. I’ve never had a blade where I could feel precisely where in it I have hit and one that clicks specially only when you hit it perfectly—the feedback is superb.

Loops are wonderful. It has a medium-high throw and lots of spin. It really bites the ball because it’s 7-plywood, but it’s quite thin, so it works very well for every loop variation (slow, fast, power, side, you name it). The sweet spot is bigger than 5 ply, smaller than carbon. Dwell time is avg.

It is quite stable while maintaining flex and feels a bit soft. When you hit, you know what you do right or wrong. It’s a very good development blade, and I don’t mean it in an “it’s for beginners way”. If you train with the blade, it will ease you into becoming a better player. I will use this blade forever. Previously, I used a Stratus Power Wood for three years. It was stolen, and this one is much better. It doesn’t play for you; you need to play it, but it’s not hard to use if that makes sense. If you already have a blade you like, then stick to it! Technique is most important. But if you are in need of a blade, get this. I think everyone that has an all-round to extreme offensive style from beginners to pros can use it. 10/10.

All wood Off- blade with a comfortable FL handle. It has good craftsmanship and quality. Mine is 87 g. It has vibration and a soft feel. It’s good for spin and a controlled game. It’s especially good for close table attack and on-the-table spins. It works well with Nittaku Goriki Kaisoku 1.8 mm. If you like playing offensively with control and feeling, it is worth trying.
