I use the Tibhar CCA Unlimited with the Tibhar MXP 50°. It’s great. I have a lot of control on the one side and on the other side, I have speed. Because the MXP 50° has both speed and control, it generates a lot of spin. The Tibhar CCA Unlimited is a little heavier than I thought it would be, but the MXP 50° makes up for it, so you get the best of both worlds.
What a wonderful blade! It is made better than Butterfly blades and has an excellent ST handle. You cannot miss with this blade.
Fantastic!
The blade is excellent, but it is a little too expensive. The blade is well-made and durable, and it provides excellent control and spin. However, the price is a bit high, especially for beginners. If you are looking for a high-quality blade that will last for a long time, this blade is a good option. However, if you are on a budget, there are other blades available that offer similar performance at a lower price.
Pros:
* Well-made and durable * Excellent control and spin
Cons:
* Expensive
I come from ALC and have played with Butterfly Tenergy 05 rubber on my forehand and Xiom Vega Pro on my backhand since 2008. Over time, this combination felt lifeless and less potent. I wanted to find a blade that would work well with the new plastic ball.
I searched and tested many blades and was becoming desperate.
At the Tibhar booth during the World Championships in Düsseldorf, I found the CCA Unlimited blade. I had read positive reviews and received a good discount from Tibhar. My first test was very promising.
I am thrilled with this blade. It gives me more feeling, control, playfulness, and tempo reserves than my ALC. It is the best blade I have ever played with. I am using Tibhar Evolution MX-P on the backhand and MX-S on the forehand. This combination is excellent and provides good arc. I may try Tibhar Aurus Prime on my backhand for plastic balls.
My performance has improved. I believe that equipment is responsible for 40% of a player’s success. I have finished my testing and will buy this blade again as my replacement blade.
I hope my English is understandable. Thanks for your attention.
I acquired a used CCA Unlimited (89g) in pristine condition for a fair price half a year ago. It promptly became my go-to blade. Despite my usual aversion to straight handles, this one is exceptional. It feels noticeably longer than others and has a wide shape, resulting in an exceptionally comfortable and secure grip. I have never felt it slipping, and it allows for effortless wrist movement during serves and quick adjustments between forehand and backhand grips.
The blade’s speed is notable, but not excessive, providing excellent control. Its touch is surprisingly soft for a carbon blade, with minimal vibrations. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the CCA Unlimited. However, its standard price point remains somewhat elevated for my preferences.
