All-wood
Nicely manufactured with a smooth handle, this blade provides fast speed for short play and excels in over-the-table play. It offers a pleasant touch and sound. Looping is particularly exceptional from 3-5 feet from the table. The blade is well-suited for medium to medium-hard rubbers.
Easy to play with, loads of spin, for the cost.
Blade Review
This blade is suitable for beginners due to its lightweight and small handle. I recommend using Sriver-type rubbers initially.
As you develop your playing style (all-around or offensive) and improve your skills, you may notice a lack of power. To address this, you may need to switch to faster rubbers or a more suitable blade.
Personally, I prefer Chinese blades from brands such as Yinhe, LKT, or Dawei. For a comparable price, you can achieve similar results.
Very good blade for beginners to intermediate players. I would say that it is even better than Samsonov Alpha. FL and ST handles are thin, but AN is very comfy and bulky.
It plays well for all-around offensive style. Short game, flip, serve, etc., are good. Looping is very good. Blocking and smashing are alright.
I would say that it is about the same speed or just a bit faster than OC and Primorac. The handle has balsa inserted in the center, thus muting the vibration quite well.
A good blade to start with for beginners but also for more advanced players with faster rubbers. I think this blade is better than the Tibhar Premium Alpha.
A good blade that is definitely worth its price.
Great blade for medium-level players.
I used this blade, which was on sale for $24, because it was cheap and light (only 75 grams). I wanted to try it with boosted Hurricane 3 rubbers (also inexpensive at $18 each) just for fun, as I’d heard a lot about the boosted Hurricane.
It turned out to be a big WOW! The combination gave me lots of spin, control, and speed, better than anything I had previously used: Tibhar MXP, ELS, ELP, Juic nano, Yasaka Raz7, 9…
I plan to buy a new set of this blade with Hurricane 3 rubbers as a backup because it is so cheap. The total cost is only $64: $30 for the blade (regular price) and $18 each for the Hurricane 3 rubbers!
I wanted an all-wood blade that gave me great control and supported a decent all-around game. I’m extremely happy with this blade.
Very good feeling and a flexible blade.
It’s second to none.
The paddle fits firmly in my hand with my handshake grip, and it is very easy to control.
I would recommend it for at least an intermediate-level player.
I can say nothing but good things about this blade. Mine weighs 87g, and with MX-P’s on both sides, the total weight is 187g. This is slightly over my normal weight, but it’s still very easy to handle.
The blade is not head-heavy at all (head size: about 156*149mm). The ST handle shape is decent and not slippery.
Good blade. It’s a bit stiff for my taste.
It’s also good for long pips, but they should be slow due to the blade’s stiffness. It pairs better with soft rubbers, providing enough speed and great control.
This blade offers a very good feeling during play. It provides sufficient speed for various playing styles and represents excellent value for its performance.
This is the fifth blade I’ve purchased (two for myself and three for friends). It’s a hidden gem.
Alternative to the Nittaku Acoustic. Very, very lively blade.
This blade serves me well by chance. The finish is good, but the unrivaled woody feeling, flexibility, and comfortable FL handle make this one of the best 5-ply wood blades on the market.
The feeling can be compared to a Nittaku Acoustic at 1/5 of the price. A hidden gem for woody feeling fans. A must-try!
