Rubber description:
This tensor rubber features a soft, elastic sponge that provides a high level of control, making it an accessible option for intermediate players or those returning to the game. It is designed with a factory-applied booster effect, which contributes to a bouncy, lively feel and a characteristic sound during contact, particularly when the rubber is new.
Playing Characteristics
- Spin and Trajectory: The rubber is capable of producing significant spin, though it tends to create a lower, more direct arc compared to many modern high-end rubbers. It requires precise technique and a deliberate brushing motion to maximize spin potential.
- Speed and Control: While the rubber offers ample speed for attacking, its performance is highly linear and predictable. It excels in passive play, such as blocking and touch shots, and provides a crisp feel during smashes.
- Dwell and Feel: The soft sponge and elastic composition allow for good grip on the plastic ball. Because of its inherent bounciness, it is often preferred by players who compete from mid-distance, though it maintains sufficient stability for controlled play near the table.
- Durability and Build: The rubber is noted for being lightweight. Over time, as the initial booster effect gradually diminishes, the rubber becomes slightly firmer and more predictable, transitioning into a more controlled playing experience. It is generally considered a durable option that maintains its physical integrity well through regular use.

I was disappointed with the performance of this rubber. I play with Tenergy 05fx, and when I looked into previous reviews, it was said that this would be a good alternative. However, I disagree. In comparison, I found the rubber significantly slower and a lot more difficult to generate spin. On the plus side, it is a great rubber for control.

Nice, quite light rubber. In max cut, it weighs about 44 grams. It’s not super fast or ultra spinny, but it has great touch and control. It’s a little softer than medium hard. For developing players, it’s highly recommended.

A very good intermediate rubber for those returning to the game. Spin production is good, though not as high as the newer rubbers, but equally deceptive when used properly. Hits are crisp and linear.
