The blade has perfect speed and control. The quality is the highest possible. I can perform all types of plays with the King3.

The blade does have vibrations. If you enjoy them, it’s perfect.

It produces a lot of spin for serves, topspins, and loops.

TIP: For users who use Chinese rubbers, don’t overtune them. The blade is already fast.

This blade shares a similar structure to the renowned N301, with the exception that the layer of ALC is replaced with glass fiber carbon. Like other models in the Hurricane King series, this blade is characterized by its hardness, which provides exceptional dwell time and prevents easy bottoming out. This is unsurprising given that these blades were designed to cater to Wang Liqin’s powerful forehand.

In comparison to ALC blades, the HK 3 may possess somewhat less speed, but the difference is minimal. Additionally, the HK3 exhibits a feel that is closer to pure wood blades. It serves as a viable alternative to the N301 for those who perceive the H301 as overly economical.

Currently, I utilize the CPEN version of the blade, outfitting it with Hurricane rubbers on both sides. This setup proves suitable for all types of CPEN play, encompassing both traditional penhold backhand (TPB) and reverse penhold backhand (RPB) styles.

Totally amazing! I’ve been playing with many different blades, including the Viscaria for a longer period, but this blade is simply superior. It has become my new choice.

I am surprised by the exceptional build quality of the King 3, which I’ve noticed in contrast to experiences reported by others. The quality is comparable to that of the Jun Mizutani SZLC.

Remember to be cautious and avoid purchasing fake products.

An awesome offensive blade that gives you power on every shot without sacrificing ball control.

Having bought HK3, I realized that this is a world-class blade. I was an average/intermediate player when I bought it and wasn’t suited to the speed it generated (reason why after a year, I bought the Hurricane Hao 3) just for more control. But I realized that after 6 months, that as I got to more of an advanced player, I went back.

You just have to get used to it and pick the correct rubbers, because this blade will make u see ur own weaknesses (try to use provincial DHS rubbers for best performance and if you don’t like DHS then use medium soft … Not too soft or hard, however hard rubbers are fine but the feeling may falter a bit so beware so go for soft if u really like soft… Plays better soft, best with medium soft so rubbers like tenergy(all of them)or raksa or rhyzm 325 or bluefire M3 or JP turbo or even rasant… This blade can play with all.

It plays well in in every aspect IMO, loops on both sides are sound, blocks take a little bit of time to get the angle right. However other than that pushes are good (a little time for the tenergys), counter loop, counter top spin and serves are good. The speed is immense and the throw angle is perfect for looping, I don’t know how they did it lol.

What stands out most is the feeling. This blade I have is flared and it just feels incredibly comfortable in one’s hand, smooth and hardly stiff. Nice color and design with dragon on the handle.

Definitely designed for the hand to grip to it IMO, but its 90kg so its not heavy. However, it isn’t as light as the Hurricane Hao 3(HH3)…but nice weight …however don’t pick heavy rubbers…and if u are I suggest just on one side for balance purposes.

Also be careful when regluing rubbers, the surface becomes hard to peel off your glue. So be careful and if need be use sand paper to sand the surface down a bit…(nail file would be fine too).

Currently using tenergy 25fx on both sides. Definitely worth the price and you get a snazzy red box with Wang liqin on the top.

This blade is an all-rounded offensive carbon blade. It is suitable not only for blocking, spinning, and hitting but also for chopping. It’s a monster!

Very bad quality. The top layer is rough, and it is also very badly pasted. For three weeks, the top layer on 20% of the blade (forehand) has come unstuck.

The top layer looks different from the one shown on the official website. I’ve been working with wood for over eight years, and the materials used in this blade are as follows:

* Quarter sawn wenge in the top * Thin balsa layer under the top * Fiber-glass carbon * Thick balsa core

The wood is absolutely perfect.

However, the top layer was not flat. I spent some time sanding out several knobs, which were fortunately tiny.

In terms of speed, this blade is not as fast as the Stiga CC7 but is equal to the Stiga Ebenholz NCT 7. Therefore, it is not an OFF++ blade but only an OFF+ blade.

This blade is much more sensitive than Stiga OFF blades.

The HK3 is resonant, which I find strange for a carbon blade.

In my humble opinion, this blade is definitely worth the $174 that I spent on it.

Simply the best blade I have ever played with. It offers power when necessary and control when required. You can have no excuses when you use this blade. I am currently using it with a combination of Tenergy 5 and Joola Rhyzym rubbers.

Review

* Poor manufacturing quality: the top layer often comes unstuck from the lower layers. * Does not correspond to the price. The real cost is no more than 100 USD. * When ordering two blades, one will always be of poor quality. * Game properties are exclusively good for topspin.
