What a blade! Big in size and big in control!
Interesting blade, but I do not use it due to the uncomfortable handle and blade neck.
This blade is great! Modern defence players have to try this one! It offers great control and wonderful power for both smashes and topspins.
On my forehand, I use JP03 with satisfaction, and a new Hellfire (long pimples) on the backhand.
A pretty big blade. It has a 162 mm X 168 mm blade face. It has an excellent long square and robust handle. It has a thin frame, which makes it manageable in weight. This blade is good for an all-around defensive game.
It is great for close to the table blocking game when used with thin sponge or OX long pimples. Almost all types of long pimples work equally well on this blade. It has great workmanship and product features. The Andro blade is highly durable.
This blade is equally good with low or high friction long pimples rubbers. It is advertised as one of the best blades to pair with Grass DâTechs. Away from the table chopping is working out OK. Tenergy 1.7 mm is one of the deadly rubbers for the FH side for this blade. Andro rubbers are also suitable when used with thin sponge.
There are some variations in the blade features across batches. Though such changes are minor in nature, they influence close to the table play. Overall, this is a solid blade that is worth owning.
This is the best defensive blade for modern defensive playersâever!
Compared to the Joo Se Hyuk blade, it has way more control and a bigger head, but it is not a bit head-heavy like the Joo Se Hyuk blade.
Forehand:
Combine it with a fast tensor rubber (I recommend tenergy 64) and you will get any shot out of the blade you want!
Topspin-ability is amazing. Blocking is outstanding and A+ with this blade.
Please donât combine the forehand with a hard Chinese rubberâŚit ainât working well.
Play it with a soft or medium-soft tensor insteadâŚyou will be very satisfied in every way!
Backhand:
I am playing this blade since two years with âGiant Dragon softâ long pimples in ox.
This combination will make your defense far from the table and also near the table one big wall!
The underspin produced by the backhand is deadly and awesome.
If you are willing to improve your moder-defensive game, try this blade!
It has been available on the market for more than 20 yearsâfor a good reason!
Great defensive blade for Long Pimples (LP). The low throw is a big plus for close-to-table blocking games. Its hard outer ply performs nasty reversals. This blade has a big head, so if you are a forehand looper, you may have a problem. However, you can solve this issue by trimming it to standard or slightly oversize.
Stiff and hard defensive blade â very good for pips players in combination with offensive forehand (modern defense).
