Great review! It seems you found the table tennis rubber to be impressive. If you have more details to share, such as its performance, spin, control, or durability, it would enhance the review further. Overall, it’s a nice recommendation.

Speed is lacking. This rubber is suitable only for backhand play now!

The Stiga Airoc M is a good rubber that I have been using for a month now. I use it as a backhand rubber on the Tibhar Stratus Power Wood.

The rubber provides excellent spin and control; however, the speed has disappointed me, which is a significant drawback. I recommend this rubber for forehand use, as it produces a lot of spin when hitting topspin. The ball doesn’t slip when you execute a topspin shot.

Overall, I think the AIROC M is a solid choice. I use the Donic Desto F4 as my forehand rubber, and together, they make a good combination with the Stiga Airoc M!

It is a very good rubber for the backhand; however, I do not recommend it for this purpose. I would prefer to choose the Airoc Astro series instead.

(Used in 1.7mm on the forehand, with an allround blade)

This rubber generates very good topspin from small-move forehand topspin and sidespin blocks. It is also effective in counter-hits and direct hits; the speed is quite impressive, creating an experience similar to hitting with a brick. However, my technique for loops and pushes is rather weak, leading to mixed results. It has a lower throw compared to the Xiom Vega Europe.

The rubber is heavy, weighing an estimated 48g when glued, and it is the most sensitive to incoming spin among my collection. Considering these factors and its price, I do not intend to purchase it again.

Perhaps I would consider it for my son once he starts beating me consistently, but by then, I would likely choose to pay extra and get him Tenergy instead. Additionally, after three months of using the 1.7mm thickness, I began to hit with the wood on more direct hits, which I find unappealing.

I have been playing with the Airoc M for about a week now on the Darker 5P, and I really like it. I was looking for a rubber to make the 5P more consistent, and this option has proven to be brilliant.

While it is a bit bouncy, it still delivers reasonable spin and does not slip on brush loops. However, I don’t think this rubber is suitable for the backhand. I would highly recommend it for the forehand, but please take the blade into consideration.

Overall, the performance of this high-end inverted rubber was quite average. While it met basic expectations, it did not exceed them. Players seeking exceptional qualities may find this rubber lacking in certain aspects.

Stiga has definitely produced a high-quality rubber that can generate a high level of spin with the plastic ball. The Oxygen Capsule System has allowed them to combine the properties of softer sponges with a more medium-firm sponge. The result is a rubber that achieves longer dwell time, great spin, and arc, as well as superb control.

While the rubber could be improved by adding a bit more power, the Airoc M is well-suited for close and mid-range attackers, as well as spin-control players. This rubber has a higher throw angle, allowing you to loop high-arc balls with a strong margin of safety against both topspin and underspin.

The Airoc M is an excellent choice for those struggling to generate spin with the new ball. Additionally, it caters to players who preferred softer rubbers with the celluloid ball but are now looking for something a bit firmer while maintaining similar properties.

This rubber somewhat disappointed me. I love the Stiga Calibras Series, especially the Tour M. I’ve tried this rubber on the same blade (Innerforce AL) alongside a Tour M on the forehand side.

The Airoc is clearly slower than the Tour M. The Airoc M lacks the insane speed of the Calibras LT and Tour. The spin is good, and the first topspin is really easy to execute. However, this rubber doesn’t provide as much power as the Calibras. It remains a predictable rubber with a very linear response, but it is clearly lacking the top speed of the Calibras.

I would recommend this rubber for stiff blades like the Stiga Emerald VPS.

Additionally, the durability isn’t as impressive as that of the Tour M. The topsheet shows signs of degradation quite quickly; after just 20 hours of training, it already looks “used.” However, it still remains “above average.” Similar to the Tenergies, the rubber remains grippy for a long time, but the speed drops dramatically after a maximum of four weeks.

I tested a booster on it to give it a second life, but it seems the booster is not working effectively with this rubber… I wonder why that is.

Fantastic rubber! I am using it on my backhand with my Stiga Hybrid Wood NCT blade. The feel is amazing, it offers many gears, and provides excellent control. This is definitely my favorite rubber!
