If you have found carbon blades too heavy or too fast, then this blade is for you. Great for those coming to carbon from an all-wood blade. Set up with a lighter rubber and you will have a great blade for those needing a lighter paddle. Can use a lead tape if you want a heavy spin looping style.

Comparing to Viscaria-type:

Feeling more on the soft side, but crunchy when hit hard. A bit top-heavy, a bit stiff, and thick. Short game easy to control and spin as blade isn’t fast there, but harder to control spin-ups and loops as it is a bit stiff. High potential for top-end power.

For hard hitters who want top-end power with a softer feel for spin/touch shots. Suits Anders Lind’s style—makes sense!

I however prefer a thinner/flexier blade for consistency in spin-ups and close-to-table topspin as that is my game.

Extraordinary wood for intermediate players, control, and pleasant touch.
