Victas VS > 402 Limber

Little soft rubber, uncutted, 66 grams in max thickness. Quite slow rubber, maybe okay for beginners.

I bought this as an alternative to the Joola Mambo H, based on its statistics, and it has proved to be very good.

Good rubber. Really versatile. Good block, hit, push too. Topspins are possible with a decent rotation.

J’ai ce revêtement depuis 1 mois. Je n’ai pas pu faire beaucoup d’essais. Mais c’est une très bonne plaque en frappe et en coupe de balle. Pour les tops, c’est bien aussi, mais ce n’est pas trop mon jeu. La puissance viendra du bois utilisé. Sinon, je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat. Pour moi, c’est un ALL+ en 1,8 mm.

Good rubber for chop and hit. Topspin is not my game, but it seems good for it too. Very good, very polyvalent. For me, in 1,8 mm, it’s an ALL+ rubber.

Good control, good spin, good block, but…

Weird behavior with sharp cutting angle on very hard push. It produces a weird broken ball sound, and the ball stays stuck on the rubber and falls far before the net!

1st time I experienced that kind of behavior.

This rubber is also good for BH, but I find it softer than the V15 Limber.

Using this with a Donic Defplay Senso V3. Great control, good spin, and the speed is actually a bit more than I was wanting for my style, but I’ve been adjusting just fine. Highly recommend.

Control 10, speed 9, spin 9.

I used all rubbers from VS401 family, this guy sure is the fastest one. Its sponge is dynamic, and the top sheet can make very spin service and looping.

Good spin, a bit too fast for me, though. I haven’t found the right blade for it yet.

For comparison: the 1.8 mm 402 Limber has way more catapult and is also faster than a Tibhar Aurus Sound 1.9 mm.

One thing really annoys me about this rubber: it clicks really loud. In fact, it’s so loud that it keeps distracting me.

Other than that, it’s a really good rubber with exceptional control and relatively low spin sensibility in contrast to the big amount of spin it can generate.

BH Rubber for All-Round Play

This rubber provides good spin and a high level of control. It is suitable for all-around play, making it a versatile option for a wide range of players.

Nice rubber. Not too heavy. Good spin. Good speed. Very good CONTROL. Weird return when blocking. I have used many different rubbers, but it seems different from other rubbers. I really love it. Try it and feel it.

This is a near dream rubber for me. One is able to return balls with extraordinary spin, under almost any situation. Yet catapult power is there if you need it. Added to such excellent qualities is the presence of high control. And one more wonder of it: the rubber in combination with a proper catapult stroke, it will generate a very weird return, a dreaded nightmare of all opponents.

Rubber with higher arc than VS>401.

Not so good to chop with as VS>401. Would prefer VS>401 over this rubber.

Have it in 2.0 mm.

This rubber is good for looping. Not as much spin in service than VS>401.
