This Yinhe Mercury Y-15 (Cpen - Penhold) is quite fast and has good control. Despite its speed, the vibration is still felt a little when hitting.

I tried combining it with Yinhe Earth 2 rubber, and the result is not bad. The loop is pretty good, and it’s easy to direct the ball, even though we have to move a little away from the table to do the smash.

If you use the Yinhe Mercury 2 Medium Max rubber instead, it’s also okay. However, the control and speed are slightly below Earth 2, but the spin is above it.

I bought this blade from Princett for $14, and it’s worth every penny. I wanted a hard surface blade with some flex, and I found a great one. The surface is hard, but it helps with lazy plastic balls on dead returns. Smashes are great. The flex is springy, and it helps charge the ball with spin from mid-distance on top-spins. It’s a great blade for looping and smashing. The handle is a bit thin.

I think this will be my 2019 blade. I’ll update after a month of use.

Today I won my first tournament with this blade. I used Tenergy 05 FH and DHS G8 backhand. I got a great 84 grams blade. Maybe I was lucky. It has 3 gears. Slow for pushes, fast and flexy (with extra spin) for topspin loop, and extra hard for active blocks and smashes. At the moment, this blade is everything I need and can handle.

This is a very good blade that provides excellent power and speed, allowing you to control your shots effectively. The blade’s weight of 93 grams, which is ideal for my preferences, provides a solid feel. I have equipped the blade with Palio AK 47 Blue rubbers and Palio Hadou Black rubbers on the sides, which bring the total weight to 183 grams, resulting in a well-balanced combination.

Excellent blade. Easy to hit the ball far away from the table.

Very good control. Have paired it with Sonex JP Gold and Butterfly Challenger Attack.

Muito flexível Ótima para drives Controle impecável E ainda por cima rápida.

Good blade, but a little too fast for me. With tensors, this blade is incredibly fast. Chinese rubbers provide more control than speed. It works well with Yinhe Mercury 2 (medium) on FH and especially Friendship Aurora (42 degrees) on BH.

An excellent blade for its price! It plays well with tensors like Acuda, Tenergy, Tibhar Evolution, and Xiom Vega. However, it is not recommended for novice players due to its fast speed. It is a good idea to play with medium-soft or soft rubbers to give the Y-15 more control and less speed.

This is my third base (1.- Tibhar Stratus Power Wood 2. - BTY Innerforce ALC). Excellent control, good (not great) ball feeling, pretty fast. I cannot put it in one line with BTY Innnerforce ALC, but a very decent base for the money. My level of play is advanced amateur. I have the same rubber on BTY FH as on this base, with the same thickness, so I can accurately compare the feeling of the ball, control, and speed at these two bases.

I bought it just to see how much this base differs from BTY with similar characteristics. Very good base with carbon. The carbon fiber differs from BTY ALC in layers and is much thinner, which you can observe with the naked eye. You can safely buy this base for this price - it’s great! My combination - FH and BH - Aurora 729 (2.1mm) (this is considered BH rubber, but perfectly suitable for FH. I tried it on BTY).
