This blade is a very good all-around blade for players of all levels. It has a good balance of speed, control, and spin. The blade is also very lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver.

The blade has a hinoki outer ply, which gives it a very good touch. The hinoki outer ply also helps to reduce vibration, which makes the blade more comfortable to play with.

The blade is also very durable, which makes it a good choice for players who are hard on their equipment.

Overall, this blade is a very good choice for players of all levels. It has a good balance of speed, control, and spin, and it is also very lightweight and durable.

The blade is bouncy and has a good feel to it, The handle is comfortable and the blade is well-balanced, With a weight of 85 grams, it’s not too heavy or too light, The blade is also durable and has a protective layer that prevents it from getting damaged, This blade is a good choice for beginners and intermediate players who are looking for a well-rounded blade that will help them improve their game.

One word for this blade: stable. It can basically do everything well. Blocks and serves are so massive that your opponent can’t believe it. Smash: you named it, it had it all. Close to the table, it’s easy to loop, and at mid-distance it’s superb. I don’t play too far from the table, so I can’t comment much on this aspect.

For those who want spin, control, and safe defense and offense with effortless pressure on the opponent, this blade is highly recommended. I liked how easy it was to open and spin and block all naturally without much “skill” needed. It’s a great blade for just about everything except for hard-hitting loops or punchy blocks without losing some consistency. I found it works well with almost any rubber.

This is really one of the best for me. It has it all - extra power when needed, tremendous control, and outstanding spin. The throw is direct and low, very dangerous for opponents. If you can handle the nature and speed of zlc, this blade will become your best friend :).

Good control, spin, and touch. Suitable for many rubbers. I love it very much.

Okay, here is the formatted text:

The best blade depends on your individual playing style and preferences. However, some of the most popular and highly-rated blades include the Butterfly Timo Boll ALC, the Stiga Royal Carbon, and the Yasaka Sweden Extra.

The Butterfly Timo Boll ALC is a great all-around blade that is suitable for a wide range of players. It offers a good balance of speed, power, and control. The Stiga Royal Carbon is a slightly faster blade that is ideal for offensive players who want to generate more power and spin. The Yasaka Sweden Extra is a classic blade that is known for its excellent control and feel. It is a good choice for players who prefer a more traditional playing style.

Ultimately, the best way to choose a table tennis blade is to try out different models and see which one feels the most comfortable and gives you the best results.

What a blade… Uhhh… I used many famous blades before, like Timo Boll ZLC, Timo Boll Spirit, Nittaku Acoustic, Xiom Stradivarius, DHS MaLong 5, Viscaria, but this blade has the best feeling. Far and away, it is the best of all. Everything works better with this blade: a lot of spin, a lot of control, a lot of gears, and a fantastic block. It is an amazing blade, worth every penny.

When I put this blade in my hand, I have a strong feeling of confidence. Mistakes are forgiven with this blade. Every stroke goes in the right direction, with no errors. It’s a blade that makes points. You have a winner’s sensation with this blade.

Paired with Dignics red - backhand, Xiom Vega Pro black - forehand, it gives all kinds of quality performance. This blade is a diamond, with a great and clear unique sound. It is also very beautiful. Very good job, layer ZLC.

92 gr FL. Pairs very well with medium soft rubbers, offering good dwell and control from a bear-medium distance. As a looping machine, it is softer and slower than the Viscaria 87 gr, using the same rubbers. It exhibits minimal vibration and a woody feel. It is the best blade for me so far, and I use it with Ventus Spin on the forehand and Ventus Soft on the backhand.

90g. Comparison to DHS HL5:

- Rubber t05: - HL5: Best for topspin far from the table, more linear trajectory. - IFZLC: Best for medium distance looping, high arc with spin.

- Feel: - Softness: IFZLC > HL5 - Vibration: HL5 > IFZLC - Flex: IFZLC > HL5

- Performance: - Speed: HL5 > IFZLC - Spin: IFZLC > HL5 for close table loop; HL5 for far from table loop.

- Handle: - Both small.

- Characteristics: - Hard blade compared to allwood or ALC blades. - Not suitable for beginners.

- Unique qualities: - Thin, flexible, but fast. - Soft touch on slow hits, fast on hard hits. - Holds the ball well for players with good skills.

- Recommendation: - High-level players who prefer fast spin loops near the table will appreciate this blade. - Expensive but worth the investment.

Having played Avalox for so many years, the BTF Innerforce ZLC comes a bit too quickly. It is fantastic for long loops far from the table, but for short returns, it may require more effort and technique. The blade offers both spin and speed, but requires some work on control. Compared to Avalox, it has first-class speed and spin, but second-class control. While the control is considered good, it is not as forgiving of mistakes as the Avalox. However, it is certainly better than average blades.

Soft, woody feel, glassy sound, carbon stability.

Slower than IF Layer ALC by a notch, a bit more linear, a bit more flexible (just a bit), visibly faster than Korbel JP (new batch). Great blade for all-round spin play. Passive and active playing possible due to enough speed and rebound.

Works pretty well with T05/H3(tuned), great dwelly outers + deeper composite layers.

Medium to Medium-Low throw angle, with high throw rubbers works perfect. Sweet spot is also great. I am not sure but I can’t directly feel the carbon (but there is a glassy ping and stability), this blade vibrates a bit (just a millisecond) but this gives good vision of the ball patch.

One of the best control blades around (same “can’t miss” feeling like TB ZLF/Ai Fukuhara). I would rate it as the lower end of OFF range, not OFF- at all.

Really close to IF Layer ALC but with surely softer feel, bit more vibrations, little slower but dwellier.

I would even not compare this one to Garaydia series (much thicker) hence different playing characteristic (I owe ALC one and they tend to be better at snapping ball rather than spinning it).

Nice blade, great quality and pretty good playing characteristics.

However, there is nothing about this blade that justifies the insane price! The Innerforce Layer ALC is about $100 cheaper and plays better in all aspects. Unless you have a fixation with the yellow handle, I can’t think of a reason to choose this blade over a cheaper blade of similar style.

#15 — Long Time Ago...

I have a blade in 90.5g. As always with Butterfly high-end blades, it has perfect production. I have played it until now with 729 Battle II on FH and Short Pips (Spectol S1/ 802-40) on BH.

I am an amateur (4h/week) and control is 10/10. I can do everything with both sides, even “emergency far from table chopping”. With good footwork and technique, it’s the perfect blade for an all-round player.

I like how it feels. With a soft touch, I can put the ball near the net. I can play backspin all day very easily. But when I want to attack with full power, it’s a beast. I played well from the first try, and I think this blade can be used by everyone with a little experience.
