A great bat with excellent build quality. It’s well-made and durable.

I have the jpen version. This blade offers ample control without sacrificing speed, and the handle is exceptionally comfortable. I often switch between this blade and my Darker Hinoki blade, indicating its exceptional quality.

On the jpen blade, instead of cork, a smoother wood top layer is utilized on either side of the handle where the lower blade connects. Initially, this might feel unusual for a penholder, but I believe it facilitates easier spin generation on serves when employing a relaxed grip. If necessary, make minor adjustments to the phrasing.

AMAZING BLADE!!!!!!

#4 — June 2021

This blade is a dream to loop and lob with. If you want the best out of this blade, I would recommend harder rubbers or Chinese rubbers. Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard are amazing with this blade, with a preference for the extra hard one.

Blade Review

I’ve been playing table tennis for over 10 years and have used many different blades. I recently purchased the new Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC blade, and I am very impressed with it. The blade is made of 5 layers of wood and 2 layers of carbon fiber. It is very lightweight and has a great feel in the hand. The blade is also very responsive and gives me a lot of control over my shots. I’ve been using the blade for about a month now, and I have not had any problems with it. It is still in perfect condition, and I expect it to last for many years to come.

Pros:

* Lightweight * Great feel in the hand * Responsive * Gives a lot of control over shots * Durable

Cons:

* None

Overall, I am very happy with the Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC blade. It is a great blade for both offensive and defensive players. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new blade.

Tips:

* For best results, use the blade with a high-quality rubber. * Store the blade in a cool, dry place. * Clean the blade regularly with a soft cloth.

Butterfly Timo Boll ALC

The Butterfly Timo Boll ALC table tennis blade is a 5-ply all-wood blade with a limba outer ply and ayous core. It is designed for all-around play and provides a good balance of speed, control, and spin. The blade is relatively lightweight, making it easy to maneuver, and it has a medium-stiff flex, which provides a good amount of power and control.

Tried this blade because of the reviews here and on other table tennis sites. It’s an incredible blade that I’ve never played before that has it all. You can use both fast, thick rubbers and slower rubbers with outstanding spin. I have experimented a lot with it and have tested at least ten different rubbers, all of which played well. Ultimately, for now, I will play with Andro Rasanter R47 on the forehand and Tibhar Evolution MX-S on the backhand. They are such good rubbers that I sometimes switch them while playing!

This blade offers excellent speed and control. Additionally, it is remarkably lightweight, making it well-suited for use with hard rubbers. This is a must-have blade for those seeking a high-performance option.

Bought at TT11. This is the best Off- blade I have ever played with, and the quality is incredible. It is the first blade I have ever owned that I didn’t need to sand. All gears, gods beauty. I put Andro Rasanter R47 on the forehand and Tibhar Evolution MX-P on the backhand. I can now do it all!

The first thing you notice when you hold this blade is its quality. You can feel the Japanese attitude to perfection: the blade has no visual flaws.

Then comes the feeling. The blade is “live.” It transfers the vibration into your hand, providing an absolutely astonishing feeling and control. After using the “dead” Tibhar Stratus Power Wood, I felt this blade become an extension of my hand.

It works well with both tensors and tacky rubbers. This blade does not feel fast, yet I cannot call it slow either. “Enough fast” is the right word.

There’s just one drawback for me: the handle is a bit thin for my hands, so I’m still experimenting with some grip tapes. I may need to slightly adjust my grip.

My all-time champion. It is so beautiful, I sleep with it, I’m in love. Better than the original and more expensive Septear.

This blade was made with the most sold rubber in Asia. Full Nittaku-quality. Amazing blade!

My favorite blade for the moment. Pretty cheap for a Hinoki from Nittaku. It has it all. Play with whatever rubbers you have, here goes everything!.

This blade is a dream come true. It possesses all the qualities that a table tennis player could desire. Nittaku’s exceptional craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of its design and construction.

The pre-sanded surface provides a perfect grip, ensuring a secure and comfortable hold. Its slightly reduced throw enhances control and precision, while the immense spin potential empowers players to execute devastating shots. Additionally, the blade strikes a perfect balance in terms of speed, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles.

#16 — Long Time Ago...

A cheap blade with the “new cheap tag” with cheap hinoki. After only one month when I replaced rubber, the blade surface splintered. It’s very light for an offensive blade at 77g. The dwell time is big (too big) and unpleasant (use rubber hard). It has a big vibration (unpleasant too). The control is very good, and the throw angle is medium-high. I can’t put the pictures with damage… try Xiom Offensive S or Donic WSC… for beginners, very good… I’m the last because I have a negative review… good for you… Update 28-05-2023: Yes, this junk blade is out of production. What???
