Review:

This rubber is a solid choice for both backhand and forehand play. It provides good spin and speed, making it a versatile option for players of all levels.

Pros:

  • Good spin
  • Good speed
  • Versatile

This rubber has excellent performance. It doesn’t grab the ball like rubbers with modern thin top sheets, but it isn’t spin sensitive like them either.

Its only flaw is that the top sheet toasts fast.

Paired with Andro Treiber CO OFF/S, this rubber demonstrates good control and provides great spin. Weighted at 45 grams, this rubber is lightweight and easy to control. However, be cautious as this rubber is fragile and requires careful handling.

Great Rubber Stiga Mantra M for BH and Stiga Mantra H for FH on a Timoboll Spirit.
Great control on service return and heavy backspin plus good control in topspin and blocks.
My game had improved greatly faster and more control.
Played it 1 year. Got the same rubbers again.
This is a rubber that is forgiving great to develop your game to the next level.

Yasaka Mantra M

This rubber excels in backhand play. While its speed is moderate, it offers excellent spin and control. It is ideal for reverse penhold backhands. Close to the table, attacks are sharp and precise. Even at mid to far distances, shots maintain their effectiveness without feeling powerless.

The lifting of backspin is made easy with the correct stroke. Overall, this Japanese rubber boasts a great catapult effect. Unfortunately, the Mantra line is being discontinued.

Good backhand rubber. Average offensive rubber with no X Factor, but it does the job well 98% of the time. It falls between the MXS and MXP styles of play. If you like those rubbers but want more control and less speed than the MXP but more than the MX-s, get this rubber.

Used on a Stiga Carbonado 290 on the backhand, this rubber will be compared to the Primorac EX and Tenergy 80.

Ideally, the reviewer would have used the Tenergy, but since it is 2.5 years old, they will update this review if/when they replace this rubber. The main reason for not purchasing another Tenergy rubber was the price and because the reviewer recently started playing table tennis again. They figured this to be the best alternative for them.

Service is very good and the reviewer can generate a varied amount of spin. This rubber also does well in the short game, as it has a lot of feeling and control. Backhand loops were also high quality, even though the reviewer’s technique is unpolished. They did not work on many flicks during their practice with it.

Compared to the Tenergy 80, the reviewer does not think it is as fast, even if the Tenergy were on the same blade. I’d purchase this rubber again, however, as they are enjoying the results it gives.

Very good rubber, best in the market. It has very high error margins, making it easy to play. Control is excellent, so fast blocks or punches are easy to execute.

While it is not very tacky, it still works well. Many players believe that Mantra is better than Tenergry.

Niesamowita guma na backhand
Jeśli masz dobrą technikę i umiesz szczotkować, to ta guma jest dla ciebie. Polecam ją.

Perfect for backhand.

Ow, what a rubber!

The rubber is so tacky, it grips the ball like a magnet. This gives you great control over your shots, and you can really put the ball where you want it. The rubber is also very durable, so you won’t have to replace it as often.

Overall, this is a great rubber for players of all levels. It’s tacky, durable, and gives you great control over your shots.

Victas V15 Extra Hard

Perfect backhand rubber, compatible with many blades. It is well-suited for modern table tennis. Control in backhand to backhand rallies is perfect. Flicking serves is easy. Topspinning is great, also in the second position. However, it will lack some punch further away.

I played with Tenergy 05 before getting Mantra M. Apart from the slightly cheaper price, Mantra M is worse in every way. It doesn’t spin as well, and the speed is there, but it just doesn’t feel right.

Also, I’ve only been playing for a couple of weeks, and the quality of the rubber has faded. So even though it’s cheaper, does it even matter if I have to replace it more often?

This is one of Stiga’s best rubbers. Just buy one and play with it, and it speaks for itself. Enjoy!

Surprisingly, it’s a very good rubber. It offers excellent speed and control, and has a grippy topsheet. It’s well-suited for aggressive-offensive players. The throw angle is medium to medium-high. I play with Tibhar MX-P, and this rubber is a great alternative to it.
