Excellent spin and speed, making it ideal for use on a stiff blade. I’ve found it to perform better than Dignics 05 and MXP 50, my previous setups. It excels in short and mid-distance play, although lobs may not be as effective as with MXP 50. However, it compensates with extremely spinny chops, pushes, loops, and counters.

I’ve been using this for 1 year now and I have a really good idea of this rubber. This rubber’s pros are:

  • Speed: It is really easy to both smash and loop.
  • Spin: This rubber has a really good spin. Comparable with the EL-S’ spin.

Cons:

  • Control: Hard to control if you are new and requires good technique.
  • Throw Angle: This rubber has a medium to high throw angle but it is hard to hit the table with it.

As an aggressive third-ball attacker, I used to seek rubbers that serve decently and can grip and rip a ball with lots of speed and spin.

Now that my level has gone up, I’ve noticed stability and control have become more important. My opponents can return more serves and drives.

Therefore, shots like blocking and short play have become more desirable. I’m confident my serves and drives will be adequate regardless of the rubber.

With that in mind, I opted for the harder Omega V Asia. It excels in everything I need to do to win a point, whether playing controlled blocks and pushes or devastating drives.

The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to play it actively on forehand pushes. It can be somewhat sensitive to heavy backspin.

Great backhand rubber! Blocks are really easy to perform and flicks on serve are very accurate. Spin is okay but not the best.

Best forehand rubber on the market regarding overall quality and price.

Xiom Omega V Asia

A really nice forehand rubber, especially suitable for the new balls. It’s faster than Tibhar Evolution MX-S, with slightly more catapult. It feels great to play with.

My current combination is Xiom Omega V Asia on the forehand, Tibhar Evolution MX-S on the backhand, and Nexy Kanaph as the blade.

After using the rubber for 6-8 hours, it feels softer and better than when it was new.

Regards,
Chris.

The rubber performs well in all departments and can be used for both forehand (FH) and backhand (BH) strokes. However, it is relatively heavy, so it is recommended to pair it with a light blade and a lighter rubber for optimal control and speed.

What an amazing forehand rubber! I’ve tried many different rubbers, including Omega Europa, Omega 4 Euro, Tibhar FXP, MXS, MXP, ELP, ELS, T05, and Omega V Tour. I believe I’ve finally found the rubber that best suits my game.

The spin is easy to generate and effective. Shots and blocks are clear and precise. The control is excellent, regardless of the distance from the table.

Thank you, Xiom! I love this rubber and will continue to use it.

Really nice for attacking players.
Good for both spin loop and fast/flat loop.
Good vs chop and topspin.
Tacky for serves.
Enough control for competent short play.

This is a fast rubber with a hard sponge. The spin is excellent, but there are other rubbers with more spin, such as the Xiom Omega V Europe. However, considering its speed, it is well-balanced.

The throw angle is medium. Overall, this is a good rubber that focuses on speed and a hard sponge.

It is not recommended to use it with stiff blades or blades with little control. In my experience using the Stiga Rosewood XO, there was excessive vibration. Aside from that, it is a balanced rubber and very good for the forehand.

The test setup gave a wonderfully direct sensation during topspins, flat hits, and blocks, making it truly delightful to play with. In fact, the Omega V Asia might be the best blocking rubber I have tried.

I would characterize the throw angle as medium — plenty of safety over the net when looping and not too high, allowing for excellent flat hitting. The presence of a small catapult meant I did not have to use as much effort in my strokes as with Chinese rubbers, but more than with the Omega V Tour or Tibhar’s MX-P.

Rubber is easy to use, providing great spin and excellent control.
It is very fast, so it is definitely an attacking rubber. I use it with maximum thickness, which provides an excellent bending angle for a fast and precise attacking game.

This is a versatile rubber that covers various play styles. It features a firm 50-degree, porous sponge with a soft topsheet.

With new balls, it has excellent grip and dwell time without any slippage. Similar to many ESN rubbers, it exhibits minimal bounce at lower speeds, and the firm sponge ensures linearity and ease of use. While flat hits and drives may not be as sharp as with certain rubbers (due to the soft topsheet reducing the impact), it compensates with increased spin and arc on brushy shots.

Service and short game performance are impressive, while blocking feels somewhat indirect but remains effortless. The rubber excels in mixed looping situations, effectively handling both brush loops and drive-based loops. In comparison to speed-oriented rubbers, it lacks outright pace when driving, but this trade-off enhances control without sacrificing top-end speed.

Overall, this rubber is an excellent choice for players transitioning from hard, Chinese rubbers (despite its non-tacky nature) or for those seeking a highly linear, spin-focused Euro-Japanese option.

I recently acquired this rubber to replace my forehand rubber, which was a DHS TG3 Neo. After using it, I noticed significant improvements in my looping and serves.

Despite its non-tacky feel to the touch, this rubber generates exceptional spin when looping, surpassing any previous experience I’ve had. Additionally, it demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in counterlooping, requiring minimal effort to execute.

I got this after playing on H3 Neo for a long time. I guess this rubber is the “Asia” version because it has a harder sponge than the other Omega V (but definitely not as hard as H3 Neo, etc.).

This rubber is a fast, powerful looping monster - a completely different world from those brick Chinese rubbers. You can play any distance without much effort. It’s not tacky, but actually very grippy, so it produces very good spin.

Short distance is good too actually - the ball rebounds a bit less because of the harder sponge so short pushes and short loops are also strong.

Edit: I got MAX sponge. This is definitely a forehand rubber and should probably be used with MAX.

Simply the best rubber I have ever played. It offers a lot of spin and control, both rated 10+.

It is slightly slower than Omega V Europe, but it has greater spin and control.

I use this rubber for my forehand, and I think it’s the best. The spin, speed, and control are excellent, making it great for blocking as well.

This is a great rubber that excels in all areas. I use it in 2.0 thickness on my forehand, and it performs exceptionally well for blocking, looping, and serving. It provides ample power when necessary, while maintaining excellent control for short-game play and blocking strong loops.

One feature that stands out is its remarkable ability to counter-loop effectively. Compared to the Chinese tuned rubbers I have used in the past, this rubber outperforms them in this aspect.

This is the best rubber I came across in the past 3 years. It works awesomely for a topspin-oriented game and is equally good on both FH and BH. In some areas, it’s very near to the Butterfly Tenergy level or even better.

This rubber is a monster! Go for it, and you will never regret buying it.

#21 — July 2015

Great rubber with easy control and a lot of reserve energy.

#22 — May 2015

I switched from the Chinese $15 rubber to this one for my forehand. Oh, my lord, what a difference! I’m never going back. Ever.

This is a tensor rubber.

It’s exceptionally hard to believe that this business was founded with the intention of causing customers and investors to lose money and regret their decisions. I was very foolish to have joined this fraud, and I first lost some money as a result. However, with the assistance of experts from Cp-investigation.com, I was refunded and advised to be wary of most investing firms out there.
