Donic Carbospeed is quite fast and stiff, but it offers good control. This blade is well-suited for attacking or blocking, looping, and smashing, close to the table or at medium distance. It pairs well with medium-soft to medium-hard rubber. I use SP or MP on the BH side and feel comfortable attacking or even blocking the fast loop opponent’s ball. This blade is highly recommended.

Nunca usei uma madeira tão rápida! Estou impressionado com a velocidade! Estava usando antes DHS 301, é uma boa madeira também, mas não se compara à Speed Carbon! Parabéns Donic! Uso no Forehand AGR e no Back MXP.

I currently use this blade with Donic Baracuda rubber on both the forehand and backhand. I can confidently say that it is one of the best blades available. It provides an incredible amount of speed and spin while maintaining a surprising level of control, allowing for precise ball placement unlike other fast blades.

This blade is particularly well-suited for advanced intermediate and professional players. Its performance rivals that of top-of-the-line blades such as the TB and Viscaria, but it comes at a significantly lower price point. As such, it is an exceptional value and a must-buy for any serious table tennis enthusiast.

Difícil de controlar con H3, pero con mucha potencia y capacidad para generar efecto.

I have tried many blades, and this one is so far the best for my playing style. I have been playing with this blade for almost 4 years. It is incredible for loops, flat hits, and blocking. It is not good for chopping, though. It has awesome speed and is suitable for hard rubbers and offensive playing styles.

Tried many blades and this one gives me tremendous power and speed with unbelievable control. It took me 1 week to understand what this blade is capable of. Blocking is topnotch and ball placement comes easy. I didn’t know they made a blade with so much power with control like this one (so much fun to play with). I paired this blade with Donic Bluestorm Z3 (2.1) on both sides and WOW! The blade handle is very comfortable and a perfect fit in my hand. The weight of the blade before adding rubber is 88 grams and when the rubber and side tape was added the total weight is 186 grams. The blade is well balanced and feels so good and don’t understand some of the reviews to where they say the blade is head heavy. MR_PING’S AND LEOMAN’S REVIEWS AND COMMENTS WERE RIGHT ON. When you power this blade the ball will go right through your opponent and cause some damage (can be very explosive). Have to agree with SANTIAGO the blade is NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART AND THOSE WITH POOR TECHNIQUE!!! Also great blocking ability and touch drop shots comes easy with Z3. Really like the 3+2 wood structure, carbon, and thickness (6.8mm) of the Ovtcharov Carbospeed (JAPANESE KISO HINOKI, CARBON, and KIRI). The blade is in the same class as the Donic Waldner Legend Carbon blade and the Gambler Fire Dragon Hinoki blade. The handles on all 3 blades seem to be from the same mold (nice fit). All 3 deserving of 5 Stars. The Ovtcharov Carbospeed is a gorgeous blade that is worth every penny and offered at a very affordable price at TABLETENNIS11. For me the blade plays well with medium soft rubbers like the Bluestorm Z3, Evolution FX-P, and T05-FX. Also, the Donic Ovtcharov Carbospeed has great reviews on the TABLETENNIS11 website and a nice video on YOU TUBE with 2 players using Bluestorm Z1…

The blade offers impressive control and spin, facilitating precise shot placement and effective spin creation. However, its substantial thickness introduces an unusual sensation resembling the impact of a cork, producing a distinctive sound. This attribute may pose a challenge for professional players who prefer blades with a thinner profile.

This is definitely not a flat hitter’s blade. It is too fast, and the ball will fly. This blade is the perfect looper’s blade. The feeling this blade gives when you loop is the best I’ve felt with any blade I’ve used. I’m using Donic Bluefire JP 01 Turbo on FH and Andro Rasant Grip BH with this blade, and the spin I’m creating is amazing. The comments I’m getting after play is that the ball is moving half a meter after the bounce. This blade is perfect in my opinion. It feels like you can point and shoot. When you want to play slow, you can play slow, and when you want to play fast, this blade gives explosive power.

Even though this blade is fast, I do not like it because it is too hard and too head heavy. I used light rubber such as Fastarc S1, which weighs 41 grams per side. I am thinking that the innermost ply is too heavy.

Personally, I find the control of this blade to be excellent in block, drive, and push. I’ve had no problems with looping, topspin, or slicing either. For us amateurs, maximizing the power tolerated by our grip is where the fun lies (although this may vary depending on cultural background). In my opinion, most winning shots happen within the first 10 rallies, making saving an inconsistent ball an overlooked skill. The idea of 'consistency' is often overvalued, especially when it comes to brainless robotic rallies that only help high-rating players focus on planning their winning shots. I prefer a fast blade that allows me to familiarize myself with power, grip, and tempo, rather than a slow blade that keeps the shots in by the racket, not by active control, fooling us with a sense of control. Low-quality, soft rallies are often politically abused to create false hope of 'peace' and manipulate players into 'learning opportunities, ' controlling those who would prefer jousting-like friendly exchanges of powerful shots. Veteran bully amateurs by establishing 'tradition, ' controlling sports and eventually life, dictating how we love and live, based on the evil that plays “the right and wrong.” (One day the kind nurture is important, the other day harsh experience is great — in the grey area, some venture the poor tough way only to be kind and lie about the way). However, in the end and beginning, humans develop gross motor skills before fine motor skills, thank God! Fundamentally, it’s all about using the thrust to benefit our body, mind, and friendships, not “dying with the love of the properties of plastic.” One wonders why these players play table tennis in 2/duel instead of playing alone. I wonder if carbon really decreases our sense of vibration, and whether or not that really matters in which technique. (Still, one look at any 13 girls and claim the superiority of 12 virgins!). I like this cheap carbon bat, but for now, I’m going to check out Hugo Calderano’s Foco Off-, to explore different ways of generating power.

Gw beli kayu ini 2 minggu yang lalu. Awalnya, gw kira kontrol kayunya kurang.

Gw mau coba pakai Rasanter R37. Kalau perlu, sesuaikan kalimatnya sedikit.

Really good blade. I come from a Donic Waldner Carbo Senso that is an accurate, light, and well-balanced blade to this one, and I must say, after I went back for a test, that Donic gives me more security. The feeling is great, it is more thick, and accurate too. I prefer Donic in top speed and chop. At the moment, I have tried it with Donic P2 and P3. I’m going to test it with Cornilleau S39, but I will go to Cornilleu X51 H57 soon. I already tried S39 on an old blade, and they were really nice. ()

Speed defines this blade. DOC is exceptionally fast but has a comfortable feel due to its hinoki outer plies. It’s also lightweight, with my Cpen style blade weighing only 87g.

This blade has a solid touch and minimal vibration. I use short pips and Rakza 7 on the BH. When struck firmly with SP, it produces a distinctive sound and generates remarkable speed.

If there’s one potential drawback to this blade, it’s the potential for ball breakage. Plastic balls may not last long against Carbospeed + short pips.

Fast blade with good control.

#16 — May 2017

Very fast blade.

It vibrates a little bit more than I expected, and the outer hinoki layers are just ok (comparing with Darker and Butterfly hinoki), but it is a good blade.

Your movements with your body must be good to take the full potential of this blade.

The speed of this blade is astonishing. It’s incredibly fast. If you thought Clipper was too speedy, then you’re in for a surprise. However, what sets this blade apart is the exceptional control it provides amidst its blistering speed.

Despite its lightning-fast nature, you still need to be mindful of your technique. Erratic strokes will not suffice; you must execute each shot with precision to achieve optimal results. I transitioned from OFF/OFF+ all-wood blades and found that I didn’t require significant adjustments in my technique to maintain control.

The sweet spot is remarkably large, surpassing that of my composite Joola Rossi Emotion blade. Despite its thickness and stiffness, the blade still facilitates effortless looping shots. It also performs well with pips.

If looping is your game, I recommend pairing it with a high-throw, spin-oriented rubber. I’ve had great success with Baracuda, but I believe Tenergy 05 and Rakza 7 would complement it equally well.

#18 — June 2016

Donic’s fastest carbon blade currently available. It measures 7mm in thickness (Hinoki 1mm*2 + Carbon 0.25mm*2 + Kiri center ply 4.5mm). It provides high bounce with minimal vibration. Despite its stiffness, it lacks optimal spin generation at low speeds.

I initially paired it with T64 rubbers on both sides, which are the softest in the Tenergy series (excluding FX). However, I found that the combination of a stiff blade and soft rubbers resulted in a muddyvibration and lack of control. I subsequently switched to T05 rubbers on both sides, which being medium-hard, provided improved stability and control. The blade weighs slightly more than T64 at 186g.

WOW! I must declare when I try this equipment; it’s fast and has great control, so UNIX! This blade works 100% when you combine it with DONIC rubber. For serves, you must practice consistently to find the perfect performance. Remember, “NO SERVE, NO WIN”.

#20 — May 2016

The blade is fast and has good control. However, it is slightly heavy. Also, the grip is a little too small for my hand.

#21 — May 2016

It’s “the flash” of blades in the table tennis universe. It’s hard to control at first, but when you get used to it, everything is going to be alright.

#22 — April 2016

Good for fast top spin close to the table and in the blocking play.

#23 — March 2016

Very fast blades. It is easy to drive, smash, and loop with this lightning blade. Chop and blocks are average. Control is good enough thanks to the hinoki outer layer.

#24 — July 2015

Kiri, Energy Carbon, Hinoki. 5-ply. 7.0mm. 87gr. 2x Xiom Omega IV Asia MAX.

An outstanding product.

I purchased this blade last week and was surprised. I’ve tried other powerful blades like Clipper, RW5, TBALC, Primorac Carbon, etc., but none matched the characteristics of Carbospeed.

It offers tremendous speed and lightning-fast drives and hits. You can easily place the ball even close to the table. Loops are tricky due to medium dwell, requiring quick wrist movements to avoid hitting the net or going over the table.

Compared to most blades, the throw is linear. Spin is necessary for it to produce an arc.

Paired with Xiom Omega IV Asia, the short game is exceptional. The rubber is dead when not engaging the sponge, but it provides monstrous spin and control when activated. Flicks are good when executed quickly.

At 3+ meters from the table, topspin rallies are manageable.

In summary, this is an amazing blade that’s easy to use. I may have found the perfect rubber pairing for this blade. Despite slow strokes not working well, I can’t think of any drawbacks.

The finishing and craftsmanship are top-tier. The handle is so beautiful that I hate getting it dirty. The blade is well-balanced, even with medium++ weight rubber. The price is also excellent, at only 60USD.

However, this blade is not for lazy strokes. You must put effort into every shot, using your feet, knees, hips, back, shoulders, arms, wrists, and blade. The short game is very controllable, but close-to-the-table play can be tricky due to the linear throw.

#25 — March 2015

This blade is great: it’s fast, accurate, and affordably priced. It can easily compete with the likes of TB ALC, Viscaria, or Iolite Neo.

#26 — February 2015

Attractive blade for pips-out players, particularly for those playing an offensive style. Be aware of its catapult effect due to the hinoki surface. Playing long or short pips ox seems to be the best way to tame this blade.

#27 — January 2015

I always prefer fast blades, but one problem is that most of them give you a very hard feeling, which makes it harder to control the ball. This blade provides you with very good speed without being too hard, so it’s very nice for high-speed games.

#28 — August 2014

I did not know it was possible to make such a fast blade with such amazing control. Very good for touch play, unbelievable power, and effortless to play with. I have found my dream blade. Butterfly, eat your heart out. You never produced anything even close to this.

#29 — June 2014

Awesome blade, really love to use it. Easy to make loops, smashes, blocks, pushes, chops, and anything else with both forehand and backhand. It is an excellent combination of Japanese hinoki and carbon. You don’t even have to put much energy into playing with it. 5 stars for this blade.

#30 — January 2014

This is a super-fast blade. It’s hard to block a smash. It gets head-heavy after gluing on rubber because the head size is mid-size or larger. I switched back to PowerCarbon.

#31 — January 2013

This blade is a true speed demon. It has a very large sweet spot and is very stiff. When paired with Blufire M3 2mm rubbers on the front and back, it feels heavy and fast while still maintaining control.

However, this blade is not a good choice for me. I think more advanced players will like it. It does have a very nice finish, though.

#32 — Long Time Ago...

This blade is fast and consistent, with a large sweet spot. The Hinoki outer ply provides excellent feel and durability. Its strength makes it difficult to break. Despite its power, you need good technique to use it effectively. You can’t just swing wildly and expect to hit the ball in play. With proper technique, you can generate significant power without excessive effort.

#33 — Long Time Ago...

J’utilise cette lame depuis un peu près un an. Pour la rapidité des tops, elle a un contrôle incroyable. Plusieurs de mes amis l’ont aussi achetée après avoir essayé ma raquette.
