Excellent.
#2 — January 2024
Excellent blade, with very good speed and without losing control.
With a very affordable price for the quality it provides.
#3 — January 2024
This is an excellent product, and the delivery service was very punctual.
#4 — April 2023
I have used this blade, but it fell short of my expectations. The performance was different from what I had been led to believe. I am also perplexed by the positive reviews this blade has received.
Out of the numerous blades Donic produces, the ones I genuinely admire are the Donic Waldner World Champinon 89 and the Donic Li ping Kitex.
#5 — February 2023
It’s a very complete blade, very accessible for its price.
#6 — January 2023
I recommend it; it’s very comfortable for control.
#7 — December 2022
This blade has a lot of speed but also provides a lot of control. My game has really improved since I started using it.
Thank you, TT11, for the great service and quick delivery to Australia. I will recommend you to some of my table tennis friends.

6.3mm thickness, 80g weight, large head size, comfortable FL grip, good quality, medium soft, low flex, fast speed, nice feel, relative control, low vibration, large sweet spot, consistency, thick hinoki construction, carbon, very good with Golden Tango PS Hybrid tires, Donic R1.
6.3mm thickness provides good stability and control. 80g weight is lightweight and easy to handle. Large head size offers a wider hitting area. Comfortable FL grip ensures a secure and ergonomic hold. Good quality materials guarantee durability and performance. Medium soft feel provides a balanced combination of touch and power. Low flex allows for precise ball placement. Fast speed enables quick and aggressive shots. Nice feel offers excellent feedback and control. Relative control allows for consistent and accurate shots. Low vibration reduces hand fatigue during extended play. Large sweet spot provides a wide range of effective hitting areas. Consistency ensures reliable performance shot after shot. Thick hinoki construction contributes to the blade’s overall strength and stiffness. Carbon layers enhance speed and power. Pairs very well with Golden Tango PS Hybrid tires and Donic R1 rubbers.

If you tend to make mistakes or if your blade is fragile and unsealed, this glue isn’t for you. It’s very runny but exceptionally adhesive, guaranteeing your rubber stays put.
However, for someone who frequently changes rubbers, this glue isn’t ideal. It doesn’t remove cleanly from the blade, leaving a sticky residue after peeling off the rubber.
If you intend to glue a rubber and use it until it’s worn out, then this is the glue for you.

Great speed and enough control.
Straight, squared handle.
#11 — October 2021
A very light and fast blade with good control. Forehand and Backhand Fast, strong and with a lot of effect. I use an MX-P on the Backhand and a Donic Barracuda on the Forehand and I think the blade and these rubbers get along really well. I could trade an MX-P for a Rakza 7 or Rakza 7 Soft, and a Barracuda for an Andro Rasanter.
#12 — June 2021
The blade is so awesome, you can really feel the touch of the ball. It offers great speed, but remains very controllable.
#13 — May 2021
The blade is versatile and enjoyable to play with, provided proper technique is employed. Weighing 86 grams, it reaches 198 grams with rubber and side tape, ideal for modern gameplay. Paired with Donic Bluestorm Z1 Turbo (Max) and Tibhar Evolution MX-P 50 (Max), the rubbers feel less firm than expected. Blocking is effortless, and ball placement is intuitive. It excels in counterattacking and can adapt to both slow and fast-paced games. Power and speed are accessible when needed, and the sound is pleasing. The flared (concave) handle is exceptionally comfortable and smooth, with an attractive design and craftsmanship. This blade ranks among my favorites, alongside the Donic Waldner World Champion '89 inner-fiber blade. Both are excellent choices for modern table tennis. Tabletennis11 offers competitive pricing, quality packaging, and prompt delivery.

It’s a high-quality blade. Even though I’ve only owned it for a month, I can already say that it’s been difficult for me to get used to its speed.
However, once you get the timing right, you will love it. The price is fantastic.
#15 — December 2020
Good.
#16 — September 2020
Good blade, but the weight is light.
It is really good for attack, spin, and control.
#17 — April 2020
Excellent.
#18 — March 2020

After a 20+ year layoff from table tennis, I started playing again about 2-3 years ago with a Joola Uniply racket with Xiom Europe on both sides. This new racket was a nice step up.
The larger carbon sweet spot has a great feel. The racket isn’t as fast as I thought it would be, but after having Rakza 7 Max Soft put on it, all is good.
#20 — August 2019
Nice blade that allows for both fast and safe attacks.
The oversized XXL blade is particularly beneficial for players with fast footwork, allowing them to reach one more ball.
It fits very well in the hand and is worth the money.
#21 — July 2019
A very good blade with great feeling and spin. It is the best choice for my attacking game.
#22 — July 2019
Very fast, good control, almost stiff
#23 — July 2019
Great blade for topspin play. The hard surface provides stability, while some flex makes looping more comfortable. It offers a good feeling when blocking. For optimal performance, I pair it with Vega Pro (FH) and Rigan (BH), creating an excellent combination.
#24 — May 2019
So far, I am happy with it.
#25 — November 2018
This blade is AMAZING! It’s been a long time that I’ve been looking for a blade that is like a Gergely Classic black tag. Finally, I found it! Feels like Gergely Classic black tag but with more control.
The thing is, this is much cheaper than the cheapest Butterfly carbon blade, half the price cheaper. Must have blade…

Compared to the Ovtcharov Carbospeed, which I used to play with, the Legend Carbon has a similar construction but a reduced thickness of 6.2-6.3mm, while the Carbospeed is 6.7-6.8mm (Primorac Carbon: 6.9mm). This slight reduction in thickness results in a decrease in both speed and stiffness.
However, the Legend Carbon offers a crisp feel of the carbon layer upon ball impact. Especially when hitting harder, I experience a longer dwell time, which allows me to generate more spin.
If you possess good attacking control, accuracy, and timing, the Waldner Legend Carbon is an excellent choice. It excels in low-arc topspin drives, passive quick returns, and devastating smashes. Additionally, short quick loop counterattacks are effortless with this blade. It also handles short pushes effectively.
I have paired it with Donic Bluestorm Z2 rubbers, which provide a safe and controlled setup with a total weight of around 183g. I do not recommend using overly soft sponges, as this will compromise speed and spin due to the reduced dwell time. Grammatical adjustments were made to improve clarity and readability.
#27 — April 2018
Good feeling and well-finished blade. The head size is unusual at 160 x 152mm, similar to Chinese blades. It should be produced in the standard size of 157x150mm.
The large head size initially made the feeling very odd. I had to sand it down to a normal size, after which everything was okay. Good price.
#28 — March 2018
I’ve had this concave frame for two years, and I wouldn’t change it. It provides very high speed with excellent control.
Within the table, you can block with great speed and control, despite it being a very rigid frame. Away from the table, you can play offensively, and it also provides a high spin on the ball when attacking.
I combined it with a Bluestorm Z2 on the forehand and a Hexer Duro on the backhand, which allows me to play both offensively and defensively while putting a high spin on the ball during the game.
#29 — August 2017
I am using this blade with a 2.0 Donic Bluefire M1 on the forehand and a 2.0 TSP SpinPips on the backhand. You can feel the drive and blocks, but it doesn’t vibrate a lot.
This blade is perfect for any type of offensive player, and your shots are going to be taken seriously. However, because of its speed, I don’t recommend it for beginner players.
#30 — February 2017
It’s an excellent blade! Very fast with a very good feel! And it was delivered within the 5 days promised!
I will definitely buy here again soon!
#31 — October 2016
Great blade for aggressive players. Even with harder rubbers such as Donic’s Acuda Blue P1 Turbo, I can slow loop, push the ball short, block with a lot of pace and also finish the point with amazing speed.
Requires good technique tho, still struggling a bit sometimes.
Lightweight.
Once you get the hang of it, the ball goes wherever you want it to go, superb control for such a fast blade!
#32 — May 2016
Great, well-made blade. The quality is good.
I suggest you get the correct type of handle for your grip. The ST (straight) handle is a bit bulky for me since it’s a square straight (the larger kind).
#33 — February 2016
Thank you, Donic, for creating a great product. Thanks to TT for the fast shipping.
#34 — February 2016
This blade works best with medium-hard rubbers, such as Xiom Omega IV or V Europe, on the forehand. I found it too fast for me with harder rubbers.
This blade is quite balanced, offering both speed and control!
#35 — January 2016
Very good.
#36 — December 2015
Good quality blade.
#37 — November 2015
Highly recommended, this is a very good blade.
#38 — November 2015
This racket is heavy with the DHS HC8 hard rubber. I also bought the DHS Hurricane 8 blade and Asia V rubber.
#39 — July 2014
The best looping blade in the market! I used Butterfly Mazunov in the past and I’m finding for a looping blade with consistency and this blade never failed me. It has a wide head that is capable of putting a lot of spin in the ball causing extreme difficulties for the opponent. I didn’t adjust too much. I recommend this blade from beginners to pros who require control, speed, and spin!
#40 — June 2014
This is my second Waldner Legend Carbon, I broke the first one.
#41 — June 2014
Nice product. This is my first non-Chinese blade. It performs excellently with Bluefire JP01 on both the backhand (BH) and forehand (FX).
It requires a willingness to improve one’s technique. :)
#42 — June 2014
A very good blade when paired with BlueFire JP01.
#43 — June 2014
Can’t believe Waldner would give his blessing to this fast blade. Only soft sponge rubbers should be used. I tried Tenergy 80FX on FH. Thought it was going to be too fast, but not really. Very easy to do slow loops and loop drives. On BH, I used Stiga Calibra LT Spin. Nice control. The hinoki allowed me to feel the ball in my shots. The FL handle is of medium size and very comfortable. Push shots were nothing special.
#44 — May 2014
Nice, light blade with a very comfortable, slimmer handle. Great service from Table Tennis 11.
#45 — April 2014
Very good product, just what I expected.
#46 — March 2014
I have been using Butterfly blades until now. I’ve tried the Jun Mizutani ZLC, Innerforce ZLC, and Innerforce Tamca 5000, all to replace my old Gergely.
This blade is, by far, the best for me. The Jun Mizutani and Innerforce are also excellent but very expensive, and this one suits me just as well.
#47 — March 2014
The only noticeable issue is the handle. Some areas aren’t sanded properly, but that isn’t a major concern for me.
However, I deducted one star for that reason.
#48 — January 2014
Overall, this is a decent blade with a large head size. Thus, it has a large sweet spot and provides great control. As a result, it is a fun blade to play with.
#49 — January 2014
A very good blade, especially for the price.
Good speed, nice hinoki feeling, and good arc.
The dwell time could be better, as well as the control on passive shots.
Overall, a nice offensive blade.
#50 — December 2013
Very good blade.
#51 — November 2013
It’s a very powerful Hinoki carbon blade. Good quality and a reasonable price.
#52 — November 2013
Matched with M2 and S1, this combination provides a great balance of control and speed.
It’s enjoyable for both practice sessions and competitive matches.
The product is also reasonably priced.
#53 — November 2013
Comparison: DHS PG7 vs. Waldner Legend
Blocking: 9-9
Serve: 9-10
Drive: 8.5-9
Speed: 8.5-9.5
Control: 9-9
I really love it.
#54 — June 2013
This blade has to be rated with a big 10 in each aspect including the speed, control, and sufficient dwell time. However, it is not suitable for hard sponge rubbers; only medium and medium-soft sponge rubbers are suitable. The Donic blade is almost identical to the Bty Primorac and the old version of the Bty Gergely. Bravo, Donic!
#55 — June 2013
Very good wood and good price.
#56 — April 2013
Very skeptical before the purchase! Really surprised during the first test! Absolutely convinced of this amazing blade! Control and feel are outstanding! Speed is sufficient for an off blade! Definitely my final setup associated with soft rubbers! A must-have Donic product!
#57 — March 2013
Very nice blade with a hinoki top layer. It offers an excellent soft feel and excellent control.
It’s not too powerful, making it good for players who like to exert force themselves. This is a perfect blade for an all-around attacker who prefers a softer feel.
#58 — February 2013
This paddle, paired with Acuda S2, is a very good option.
It offers very good power, excellent blocking capabilities, and fast spin. However, it isn’t exceptionally fast.
#59 — February 2013
Really very good job by Donic.
It is made out of hinoki plies and one ply of carbon.
It offers very good control and is suitable for hitting, blocking, and looping.
To me, it has a very nice feel and provides the same quality as the Primorac Carbon at a lower price.
Overall, it is a very good blade.
#60 — December 2012
Really nice blade from Donic’s 2012 range. It features a soft core, carbon, and quite thick outer plies of hinoki. The wood and build quality are incredible for the price, easily matching Butterfly blades despite being only 1/3 of the cost.
However, it is not as fast as Donic advertises. It is a very reliable blade with a linear feel, but it has a slight flex at the very top end for powerful swings far from the table.
Short game control is excellent, looping is excellent, blocking is good, and hitting is good. No real drawbacks, so if you prefer hinoki-topped blades, you’ll be very satisfied.
