Composite/carbon
KUNINGAS!!! STILL MY FAVORITE: One of the best original SZLC inner-fiber blades on the market (IMO). Polished GERMAN Craftsmanship. Best feel for me. The blade is well balanced and well made.
This is a super nice blade with great characteristics and is very enjoyable to play with. It can be as powerful as you want it to be, depending on the rubbers used. For me, the blade matches up very well with Tibhar Evolution MX-P Max on both sides (my favorite setup with a total weight of 195 grams, a perfect weight for me).
It provides excellent ball control if proper technique is used when delivering and receiving the ball. This blade is great when opening up and creating a top spin rally. The balance between speed and control is astonishing. The touch and feel of this blade IS LIKE NO OTHER, and the ease of BLOCKING is what makes this blade stand out.
This is a great blade for counter-attacking the ball with excellent control. It has a huge sweet spot with an epic sound when powering the ball (music to your ears). The flared handle feels very comfortable with or without soft grip tape. I’m using Nittaku Soft Grip Tape, the best for a very secure grip.
It’s a beautiful blade of immense quality and top-notch craftsmanship. For me, the WALDNER WC89 OFF blade performs better than any blade that I’ve used, and the price is very reasonable and well worth it. I like the Spruce, Spruce, Carbon Fleece Zylon, and Kiri combination. The blade gives you the confidence of winning every point. Great offensive blade for modern table tennis.
I give it 5 STARS and a 10 because it does what it is supposed to do in every category. SUPER NICE BLADE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The Tabletennis11 website has the best pricing for the Donic Waldner WC89 OFF blade. The other 2 blades in the World Champion 89 Series are also very nice (Persson WC89 OFF+ and the Appelgren WC89 AR+). Give one a try, and you won’t be disappointed.
A very good blade! Very stable and controllable, with the feeling that there is almost no speed limit.
Spruce Zylon-Carbon (ZLC) is a relatively thick wood, therefore stiff. It has a Spruce Kiri Zylon-Carbon (ZLC) Spruce Spruce composition, making it a good offensive tree that is well controlled. The internal structure is composite, which makes it faster than what was written on average.
The surface is relatively hard, therefore 42 or 45 degree sponges go well with it. For hard sponges, 48-50 degrees requires good technique. In the ZLC category, it is well worth the price.
Nice work.
The blade has a great feel and a very large sweet spot. I find it to be very well balanced, not head-heavy as I have read. The range of speed is really good and linear.

Super nice blade with great characteristics, very enjoyable to play with, and can be as powerful as you want it to be (depending on rubbers used).
For me, the blade matches up very well with Tibhar Evolution MX-S Max on both sides (my favorite with a total weight of 199-200 grams, perfect weight for me). Provides excellent ball control if proper technique is used when delivering and receiving the ball. Great blade when opening up and creating a topspin rally. The balance between speed and control is astonishing.

I purchased this blade based on positive reviews highlighting its suitability for blocking—a crucial factor for me in blade selection. However, this blade exceeded my expectations, showcasing versatility beyond blocking. It offers a solid feel with excellent touch and also excels as an attacking blade. Despite its weight (92g), I found myself favoring attacking shots over blocking. Notably, this blade performs best with looping and driving strokes rather than smashing.
As mentioned by others, its handle is unique, boasting a fully rounded contour where the thumb rests. It offers exceptional comfort and fits like a glove. I can confidently rate its handle 10/10.
Overall, the Waldner World Champion 89 ranks among the finest blades I have owned. While it is not inexpensive, costing approximately 100 dollars, it remains significantly more affordable than comparable offerings from Butterfly or Joola.
I enthusiastically recommend this blade to attacking or all-around players. I am even considering purchasing a second one. I see no compelling reason to consider the faster Persson WC89 at this time.
Perfect wood for attacking play! Beautiful control! I recommend it for every attacking player.
The control and feeling of the blade are very good. The touch is soft, and the blade is firm. It’s simply amazing!
Hi, can I use long pips rubber on this blade?
Donic Waldner Senso V1 is a 5-ply offensive blade with a combination of limba, ayous and kiri. With a weight of about 85-90 grams, it offers a good balance between speed and control. The limba outer plies provide a crisp and responsive feel, while the ayous core gives it a solid foundation. The kiri inner ply enhances the blade’s flexibility, allowing for more control and touch.
Butterfly Zhang Jike ZLC is a high-performance 7-ply blade designed for aggressive play. It combines limba, hinoki, and ZL Carbon to deliver exceptional speed and power. The limba outer plies provide a crisp and direct feel, while the hinoki core enhances the blade’s stability and control. The ZL Carbon layers increase the blade’s stiffness, resulting in more power and a higher trajectory.
Nittaku Acoustic is a unique 5-ply blade made of limba, spruce, and ayous. With a weight of about 80-85 grams, it offers excellent control and a distinctive sound. The limba outer plies provide a responsive feel, while the spruce core enhances the blade’s vibration and feedback. The ayous inner ply adds stability and durability to the blade.
Stiga Clipper Wood
Stiga Clipper Wood is a classic 5-ply blade made of limba, mahogany, and balsa. With a weight of about 85-90 grams, it offers a versatile combination of speed, control, and feeling. The limba outer plies provide a crisp and direct feel, while the mahogany core enhances the blade’s stability and power. The balsa inner ply reduces the blade’s weight, making it more maneuverable.
Tibhar Evolution MX-P is a 7-ply blade made of a combination of limba, ayous, and carbon. With a weight of about 85-90 grams, it offers a balanced blend of speed, control, and spin. The limba outer plies provide a crisp and responsive feel, while the ayous core gives it a solid foundation. The carbon layers enhance the blade’s power and stiffness, resulting in more spin and control.
The craftsmanship of the blade is of exceptional quality, evident in the meticulous attention to detail and precise manufacturing. Each layer of wood is carefully selected and assembled to create a blade that is both durable and responsive.
The blade’s balance is near perfect, allowing for effortless control and precise shot placement. The weight distribution is evenly distributed throughout the blade, which provides a comfortable and balanced feel in the hand.
The blade’s performance is exceptional, delivering a combination of power, control, and spin. The blade generates ample power for attacking shots, while maintaining excellent control for defensive play. The blade’s sweet spot is large, providing consistency and precision with every stroke.
Overall, this blade is a true masterpiece, crafted with the highest level of precision and attention to detail. Its exceptional performance and versatility make it a top choice for players of all levels, from beginners to professionals.
This is a fantastic blade with excellent feel and the ideal weight. I installed MXP Max on both sides, and it performs exceptionally well with remarkable speed and impressive control. It’s the epitome of inner-fiber blades. Bravo to Donic for creating such a masterpiece. I’m thrilled with it!
Tabletennis11 offers the most competitive pricing for this blade, along with exceptional customer service and meticulous packaging and shipping. They also provide discounts on their products. Definitely check them out!
The best blade I ever had, and I played with Butterfly, Yasaka, Yinhe, Stiga, Adidas and some more. I agree with all comments, blocking is out of this world. Mine weights 87 gr and I paired it with Nittaku H3 pro turbo orange FH 2mm and Nittaku Sieger PK50 BH 1.8mm (195gr): amazing setup. Short game is amazing, but it does not lack reactivity on strong shots or away from the table. I had to adjust my forehand and backhand tops a bit but I’ll get used to it soon. The sound is super nice and in general the paddle gives you enormous confidence because you know that if you have a very offensive opponent in front of you, you will be able to block everything he throws.
Very nice blade. Perfect sweet spot, very good control and feeling. No vibration at all, but you can feel the touch softly. Works well paired with Andro Rasanter R37 or R47. The only negative side is the handle. It’s a bit too thin.
Very good racket in both game features and craftsmanship. I couldn’t find a better-made racket; it’s a real craftsmanship! Small hands can find it thick, but I have carved it, and it’s perfect for normal hands. Fancy, too; excellent! I tried a lot of rubber, but the best for me was Gewo Nexxus EL Pro 50 forehand and Nittaku Fastarc G1 (black) backhand.
Very good quality racket for this price! I have two rackets out of this. I tried another way afterward but couldn’t find a better one.
This is an excellent blade. Originally owned a Butterfly Innerforce ALC and was looking for a similar blade but with a bit more control. The larger sweet spot due to the Zylon layer certainly does its job. Although the blade is quite fast (similar to the Innerforce), it has a lot more control and gears. I am playing with Xiom Omega VII 2.0mm on Forehand and Yinhe Moon 2.0mm on the backhand.
Although the blade is fairly stiff, I am getting a reasonable amount of dwell time, which greatly helps to generate a lot of spin. Very good in the short game displaying tons of control and good at open-ups / 3rd ball attack. Deals with blocking very efficiently and good for looping away from the table. For smashing, it is a real demon, but somehow it still offers a lot of control. You will not be disappointed.
Perfect handle, perfect tempo, delicate and fine touch, awesome control, huge loops with epic sound. This blade definitely hits the standard of the most expensive butterfly blades. And the price is 23% of a Butterfly SZLC blade. Don’t get fooled by the speed 9.2 atm, this blade is not that fast. It is nearly the same as Waldner Senso Ultra Carbon with a wider range of speed from ALL+ to OFF. This is my all-time best blade: an offensive blade with fine touch, works well with modern offensive and all-around rubbers, has a solid feel when hitting. A very decent attacking blade with outstanding control. Don’t be scared of the head thickness, the handle is very comfortable and slim, you won’t notice it. Before that, I was fond of blades under 6 mm head thickness.
UPDATE 2017.MAY! I bought another for my second blade. Tested rubbers: Baracuda, Baracuda BS, Bluefire M1, M2, M3, MX-P, EL-P, FX-P, MAXXX 500. Despite being stiff, this blade has a very soft touch, which comes in handy when spinning the ball. Nearly every time, I get some compliments that the sound of my blade is music to the ears when I am looping. Works really well with hard rubbers, gives them a fine touch, so it is easier to fine brush some opening loops or to receive serves. My setup is M1 (FH) and M2 (BH).
The blade has a unique dynamic range, so it needs time to get used to. It is better than ALC blades, because it has better touch, more power when needed. It has less throw angle, which is unlucky in some situations but comes in handy when facing a looper. This blade has far enough power far from the table, yet it performs well close to the table, when hitting down the line shots. Serves are slow and spinny. J.O. Signed both of my blades! :).
This is a blade of immense quality. I have had top Butterfly blades, etc., but this is super.
The handle (ST) has an unusual shape. It tapers toward the head of the blade, giving the impression that your hand is “falling” into the top end of the grip. Additionally, it is relatively small in size, which may not suit users accustomed to thicker handles. This can make the blade feel somewhat flimsy.
Despite the uncomfortable handle, the blade itself is quite stiff, resulting in a lack of feel. Compared to the reviewer’s other 10 blades, the Waldner one ranked last in terms of preference. While it is well-made, it did not align with the reviewer’s preferences or playstyle.
If you prefer fast, light, and hard blades with minimal feel, this blade may be suitable for you to try.
Pros: Fast and very controllable, the handle is very comfortable for big hands.
Cons: The head is heavy, the weight is approximately 90 grams.
This blade is really nice. It has a good balance of speed and control, and it’s very well-made. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the blade itself is very durable. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and I’ve never had any problems with it. I would definitely recommend this blade to anyone looking for a good all-around blade.
Very nice new Donic blade with two outer plies of spruce, one Zylon/Carbon and Kiri.
I fitted two MX-P in max. It’s a very good looping blade. Compared with the Legend Carbon, it has a nice softer touch, is a bit slower, and has a bit higher throw.
It has less vibration than the Legend Carbon, but you always feel where and how you hit the ball. I like it more than the Boll ALC because of its softer touch. But I like more the ST handle of the ALC or the Legend Carbon, which is the same.
If you like powerful topspins, this is my recommendation.
Perfect blade for blocking. Blocking is effortless. Very good control. The drawback is the flare handle, which is quite slim on the grip but wide on the bottom.
I purchased this blade on the advice of a friend who has been playing with it for over a year. I like it very much too.
It is a fairly controllable and fast blade, and comfortable to hold. Thank you to the store for a quality product at a great price!
The blade quality is as good as one would expect from an average, budget-level blade. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the quality.
I would recommend this blade for amateur and beginner players who are overwhelmed by the massive range of options available in the market. I equipped the blade with an Andro Rasanter 45 (max thickness) for the forehand and a Yasaka Rakza 7 (max thickness) for the backhand, which I believe was a good match, although a bit faster than my current skill level requires.
In short, this blade is highly recommended!
Very good blade. It’s fast and offers good control.
It’s a bit heavy, and the vibration isn’t very noticeable. However, it offers great speed and control.
This blade has a unique structure. The 1st and 7th layers, as well as the 2nd and 6th layers, are made of spruce. It also features a soft inner carbon layer and a Kiri core. The finish is nice and the blade looks good.
However, for me, this blade is too bouncy and difficult to control, as I prefer a more solid feel. Initially, I used Z1 Turbo on my forehand, which amplified the bounciness. I had to switch to a softer rubber later.
Despite this, I believe this blade would perform well with the right rubber combination. In any case, its cost-effectiveness is excellent.
This is an excellent blade for its price. It’s versatile enough for both offensive and defensive styles, allowing for creative play. The blade’s increased ball dwell time provides superior control over shot placement. You won’t be disappointed.
Thank you to TableTennis11 for their consistently prompt and efficient delivery.
This is the third blade I’ve purchased. I honestly think the quality has changed over time. The wood is very soft.
I removed the rubbers yesterday to reglue them, and I noticed many places on the side of the blade were damaged. I paid a lot of attention not to hit the racket on the table.
Seeing pieces of wood peeling off the blade is disappointing. Anyways, from the very first day, the blade felt different, even though I used the same rubbers (I don’t like to change).
Beautifully balanced offensive blade, offering consistent control and power when applied.
I purchased this blade initially, and I’ve since bought three more for players at our club who were impressed with its performance.
Lowest price.
High service.
Nice blade.
I will buy the next product from TableTennis11.
Great blade. It does everything so well, what more can I say? Very happy!
I wanted to reduce the speed of my setup. I typically play with my Viscaria or Viscaria Super ALC blades. Both blades are equipped with Hurricane 3 National (H3N), 40° on the backhand, boosted with Haifu Black. The regular Viscaria has Dignics 09c on the forehand, and the Super ALC has Dignics 05.
While I enjoy these blades, I was looking for one with more control and less speed. My Waldner 89 has H3N, 39° boosted on the backhand and H3N, 37° boosted on the forehand.
This Waldner blade delivered! The build quality is excellent. It’s a Soulspin blade, if I’m not mistaken. I had to sand the surface to ensure the glue adhered properly.
The feeling is remarkable, almost like an all-wood blade, with a huge sweet spot and ample power when engaged. The handle is slightly thinner than the Viscaria, which suits my small hands. It’s smooth, and I have only positive things to say about this blade!
Although I still prefer the directness and extra rigidity of the Viscarias, they require greater precision and technique compared to this blade. My technique has improved since my partner and I started practicing with slower, inner-type blades.
This is a good blade for both all-round and offensive players.
This table tennis blade offers good control and power, but I expected a bit more; I’d classify it as an offensive-minus blade, not more. I own one weighing 81g and another weighing 85g; the lighter one is less powerful.
I also have an older Appelgren blade from the same series, which seems to have superior top-ply wood (spruce).
The finish is good, above average, but not perfect.
I like it, although I haven’t found the definitive setup yet.
It has a soft touch and is quite fast, but not extremely fast. All in all, it is not so different from the Appelgren WC.
I bought two, weighing about 82 and 86 grams; the heavier one is slightly faster.
Amazing blade for professionals.
I need to play shots more slowly to maintain better control. However, the control is effective, and the offensive capabilities are clearly present. This wood is a joy to play with. It offers too much power for a beginner.
I am very happy with the Donic Best. The feel is excellent; I can send the ball anywhere on the table, near or far.
T11’s shipping and order fulfillment are always very professional and quick. Thanks, T11!
Good blade with a nice finish.
The bounce is average. It’s okay for spinny strokes.
Soft feeling, yet quite fast and controllable.
Suits well with fast rubber, medium sponge hardness, or even hard sponge hardness. Maybe it’s good with soft rubber too.
Blocking and spin are easy.
The build quality is very high.
This is my favorite blade.
I’ve read numerous reviews on this and other websites. After much deliberation, I decided to buy this blade, and I am not disappointed. From the first practice session, it felt like this blade was made for me!
As an attacking player, I wanted more control than an outer carbon blade offers. I found this blade to have a “woody” feel, as many others have described, but it definitely delivers ample power when you hit through the ball.
I’m using Xiom Jekyll and Hyde H52.5 black on my forehand and Xiom Jekyll and Hyde V52.5 on my backhand, both in maximum thickness. This makes the blade head-heavy, but it perfectly suits my playing style.
Thanks to TT11 for their excellent service, as usual. They assembled the blade with the J and H V52.5; I had to source the H52.5 locally, as it wasn’t available from them.
In my opinion, this is probably one of the best SZLC blades. It is very well-balanced, and what is most striking is the control. There is a lot of it, and blocks are very stable in returning the ball to the table. It’s really a pleasure to play with; it’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The balance between speed and control is amazing. It is well-suited for varied play and a counter-attacking style. It has a large sweet spot.
The handle may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a large palm, it will likely be too small in volume (I added tape). In terms of its character, I would call the WALDNER 89 blade the younger brother of the BUTTERFLY T.Apolonia ZLC. Not in terms of composition (spruce outer layers, zylon carbon, kiri core), of course, but in terms of the soft contact with the ball and the power hidden deep within the blade, which is sometimes lacking when playing in the second and third zones.
Therefore, my advice for rubbers is hard—50 degrees and above—it will be great on the forehand. I played with the new DONIC BlueStorm Pro on the right and BlueStorm Pro AM on the left. There was plenty of control and spin, which cannot be said about the speed. I think that’s why it falls under OFF-.
In short, I definitely recommend buying it (for this price)!
Nice and well-balanced, this blade performs well in all aspects of the game.
Due to its inner force construction, it offers high control and stability. It’s also powerful when you engage higher gears.
The throw angle is nice, sitting in the medium-high range.
I am very happy with this racket. The two runners I bought together are also a very good value and of good quality.
This table tennis paddle offers a wonderful balance between speed and control.
TableTennis11 helped me find a light blade. The delivery to Hong Kong was incredibly fast. I highly recommend this shop!
I found no issues with the button quality. My blade was a nicely flared 91g model with a fine finish.
My experience with this blade, as a first carbon blade after using a 5-ply Stiga NCT offensive, was positive. Blocking was very easy. However, the increased thickness compared to my previous blade required some adjustment to generate spin effectively on serves and loops.
The blade’s thickness and inner structure facilitated excellent control during short games, enabling varied short and long pushes. Opening up shots was also quite easy. While the feel is present, it is slightly less pronounced than with pure wood blades.
The blade performs well for punching and flat hitting, making it suitable for short-stroke players. Power is readily available when needed.
Overall, I really like this blade and look forward to using it more extensively to further appreciate its capabilities.
I have this table tennis blade (FL version) with Bluefire M2 on the forehand and Bluestorm Z2 on the backhand. This setup prioritizes control, offering good speed and decent dwell time for generating substantial spin. It allows for excellent short game play at the table. While hitting outright winners isn’t easy due to its moderate speed, this setup is incredibly consistent and has significantly improved my game. It currently meets my needs. I plan to upgrade to the Persson WC89 OFF+ version with the same rubbers when I’m ready for a faster setup.
The craftsmanship and quality of this blade are outstanding. The blade is quite fast on powerful strokes, but offers plenty of control for its speed category.
The top wood layer is a bit softer spruce, but overall the blade seems durable. Both medium-hard to hard inverted and short pips rubbers seem to pair well with this blade (I haven’t tried other types so far).
The ST sample I received weighs approximately 90 grams.
This blade has an extraordinary balance between control and attack. I think it could be used for an all-around player, but it is most appropriate for attack players.
I play with two Coppa rubbers: Gold for drive and Platin for backhand. The Gold is amazing for topspin, and the Platin is pretty good for blocking, but not too much for pushing. It does its work, but you don’t have the feeling.
If you like Donic because of the quality and the performance, this could be a pretty good choice.
The control and feel are amazing! It’s no wonder it was the No. 1 blade on Revspin.
This blade is suitable for hard rubbers and is a must-try. Thanks, TT11, for the best service and very fast delivery!
Head heavy. The paddle is of good quality and offered at a nice price, especially with the TT11 discount.
This is a high-quality table tennis paddle with an excellent feel. It delivers powerful shots when hitting hard. The Donic Bluestorm Z1 Turbo (max) and Tibhar Evolution MX-S (max) rubbers are a good match, provided the strokes are executed correctly. This paddle excels at changing the pace of the game. However, its blocking capabilities are truly exceptional. The paddle boasts a well-finished build and a unique, comfortable handle. The service from TT11 was excellent, and delivery was quick. Overall, a very positive experience.
This is a good quality blade. Vibration is minimal, and control is excellent; however, the speed is closer to OFF. The FL handle is quite small. It weighs 81 grams. It performs well with Stiga Mantra H rubbers. Initial impressions are very positive.
The build quality is acceptable.
The blade is fast, and its speed doesn’t correlate with its offensive rating.
It provides a pleasant feel.
Beautiful blade. It provides speed as needed with excellent control.
This blade will definitely frustrate your opponent with multiple counter-blocks and attacks, as long as proper technique is used. It produces a good sound when powering the ball and offers speed acceleration when hitting hard or soft, with excellent touch and feel.
This awesome satin-finished inner-fiber blade is made with high-quality German craftsmanship. It has the right amount of weight for the modern game and is great to look at before attaching the rubber. The flared handle is unique, with a very smooth texture that feels right at home in your hand.
If you like inner-fiber SZLC blades, this one will definitely please you. 5 STARS and a 10!
Quality shines through with polished German craftsmanship at its best. The feeling when using Tibhar Evolution MX-S Max on both sides is awesome.
This blade offers everything you need to play at the top level. Perfect tempo and pace are what make this blade stand out, with unsurpassed blocking capabilities. The blade also boasts a large sweet spot, whether hitting hard or soft.
It offers enormous speed acceleration when powering the ball, accompanied by a musical sound. The blade has the perfect weight and balance for modern table tennis when using the poly ball. It out-matches any blade with the same INNERFIBER construction and origin, making it one of the best blades on the market, if not the best.
The flared (concave) handle feels very nice in the hand with a perfect size. A JEWEL!
As expected, this is an amazing blade if you are looking for more control than power. Although, with the right technique, power is also great.
I opted for this blade because my game level is not advanced, and I wanted to prioritize getting the 3rd and 4th ball on the table with a proper block or topspin. This blade solves both of these purposes.
I’m using this with Dignics 05 on my forehand and Tenergy 05 on my backhand. Overall, it’s an excellent blade if you are still not very comfortable with carbon blades.
This is a very wonderful blade! It offers a good feeling for the ball. It has great control and incredible power for both offensive plays!
Rubber: Left and right Hurricane 8 40.
For professionals. High-quality blade.
Perfect quality.
It is excellent quality wood, but not for beginners since it’s a high OFF. However, it will improve the game of almost any intermediate or advanced player.
This is thanks to its dual personality that allows you to hit calmly or violently, depending on your stroke. And yes, 100% confirmed: the blocks are otherworldly.
The other versions of this Donic line are also very good. The ALL+ and OFF+ are worth it and offer top quality, unlike the $50 Donic models.
Good for both defense and attack, this equipment allows players to execute powerful drives or loops while remaining effective on defense.
To achieve a more powerful forehand attack, a harder forehand rubber may be required.
This blade is probably the best I’ve ever used. It has the right blend of weight, quality, and characteristics for modern table tennis.
Awesome blade that excels in all aspects of the game. Blocking is incredibly easy. It provides a very nice soft touch and feel when placing the ball.
The flared (concave) handle feels very comfortable in my hand. Most importantly, this blade can be as powerful as you desire, with an epic sound to match. In my opinion, it is one of the best inner-fiber SZLC blades available.
This gorgeous-looking blade is well-constructed with top-notch craftsmanship and gives you the feeling and confidence needed to win every point. It’s a great weapon to have in your hand. No complaints here! 5 big stars with a super 10!
Little vibration. Speed Off- to Off. It’s light and easy to spin with.
The handle has a somewhat unusual design, and it may take a few sessions to get used to it.
It is very well finished.
This is a very well-made, high-quality blade. The flared (FL) handle is very comfortable.
The playing characteristics of the blade are as described. It’s not very fast, around OFF-. It is well-balanced and provides a lot of feeling when hitting the ball. This is a very good blade, especially for collectors.
TT11’s service is outstanding! Highly recommended!
One of the best blades on the market.
Very happy!
I bought this based on the reviews, but it disappointed me. It is fast with a good sweet spot, but lacks control.
Mine weighed 91g, which is a little heavy. The flared handle is not as comfortable as Butterfly or Nittaku blades.
At a discounted price, it is worth considering. Otherwise, there are better blades available at the same price point.
The blade performs well in all aspects of the game, from looping to blocking. When compared to similar blades of its origin, the Waldner World Champion 89’ stands out as a top performer.
With proper technique, there are no drawbacks. The blade showcases excellent quality and craftsmanship.
Tabletennis11 provides great products at an affordable price, with super fast shipping and quality packaging.
A pleasure to play with. I give this blade 5 stars.
It has great quality and playing characteristics. Tabletennis11 provides great equipment at affordable prices. A++++++.
Quality craftsmanship. The blade delivers everything you need to win at this game.
As always, Tabletennis11 provides excellent service and nice products at very affordable prices.
Quality packaging and very fast delivery. No complaints here!
This blade provides everything you need to win. It has a big sweet spot and is excellent for blocking. The speed is there when needed, and the touch and feel are great for ball placement.
The flared handle feels right at home in hand, and the weight is just right. It’s a gorgeous-looking blade with awesome craftsmanship.
It hits very well with Tenergy 05-FX or Rakza 7-Soft for the type of game I play. Tabletennis11 provides excellent products at very affordable prices AND FAST DELIVERY!!!
Usually, when I play with a fast blade, the ball flies quickly. However, if my opponent is skilled at blocking, the ball returns just as fast, making it difficult for me to consistently return the shot.
With this blade, I can play an offensive style with heavy topspin, while still being prepared for the second or third strike. The ball spins significantly, and the speed is sufficient to trouble my opponent. Ball placement is also easy.
On the contrary, compared to all-round blades or some ALC blades, this blade requires proper technique to hit the table effectively. This is because the blade produces a medium to long trajectory.
In conclusion, this blade is excellent for topspin and suitable for various playing styles. However, you need to possess proper technique to handle it effectively.
Excellent blade.
It is of very high quality.
A really solid blade. Quite stiff, but it has good dwell time.
It’s one of the best I have ever seen.
Beautiful finish and design.
Excellent blade, good speed and very good control.
The product has very good finishing.
Haven’t used it yet, but the craftsmanship is excellent.
This blade has been reviewed extensively, and I believe the existing assessments are accurate. It’s a wonderful weapon for all-round and offensive players.
This is my first blade, and after a few test games, it feels like I’ve leveled up. It’s a bit fast for me, but I will get used to it.
The quality is nice, and my shots are now more powerful and controlled.
A fast and controllable blade with good quality.
Superb blade that can deliver on all aspects of the game.
It offers great control, speed acceleration, and is excellent for blocking with a huge sweet spot for hitting.
Recommended for all players, from beginners to advanced. It possesses all the qualities needed to learn every facet of the sport.
This is a super quality blade that can handle anything you throw at it, provided you use proper technique.
The blade boasts exceptional playing characteristics, including 5-star blocking, speed as needed, super control, and a very nice touch and feel for easy ball placement.
The handle is smooth, comfortable, and fits very well in the hand. The blade weighed approximately 93 grams, and when paired with Formula Donic F3 Big Slam 2.0 on both sides, the complete racket is very light at approximately 178 grams, just right for me! I even have a second blade for backup, should I ever need it.
This is definitely my best blade of all time. Tabletennis11 is making table tennis fun, enjoyable, and most of all, very affordable. Highly recommended.
It’s a very good blade.
Ball control, contact sound, and feeling are good.
Powerful, high-quality blade offering accelerated speed with great control. It has a nice soft touch and feel, making ball placement easy.
I’m using Formula Donic Desto F3 Big Slam 2.0 rubber on both sides. The sound is tremendous, and the total weight is 170 grams, which is light and great for me.
The flared handle fits nicely in my hand and feels great. This is a top-notch blade and the best in my collection, by far. 5-star blocking. Give it a try!
This powerful blade is well-balanced and offers accelerated speed when needed. It features a huge sweet spot, providing great control and easy ball placement.
Blocking with this blade is very impressive and unlike any other. I give it 5 stars all the way. I use Formula Donic Desto F3 Big Slam soft rubber, and it pairs very well with this blade. The total weight of the blade and rubber is 170 grams, making it light.
The flared handle is very comfortable and fits nicely in the hand. The carbon placement next to the center ply wood gives this blade a softer touch compared to the Persson World Champion 89 blade, which places the carbon next to the outer ply wood for a harder feel.
I’ve tried both blades, and the Waldner Blade works and feels better for me, which is a personal preference. The blade is more OFF/OFF+. Great quality, give it a try!
Excellent, but there’s an issue: the round German flag on the back tends to fall off easily.
This blade showcases a well-balanced style and stands out as one of the best blades for blocking.
Further play is still needed to gain a complete understanding of its capabilities.
It was paired with a DHS H3-50 on the forehand and a Nittaku Renanos Bright Light on the backhand, resulting in a total weight of 180g.
I just love this blade. Great speed and good control make it a joy to use.
For my relatively large hands, the handle feels fantastic. I tried it with Tenergy 64FX, and the combination plays wonderfully, offering a great weight balance.
And, as always, the delivery was incredibly fast, with great service!
Feels great—barely stiff, powerful, and offers good control with Bluefire M1.
Sounds good, also.
